Massive over reaction….Chairman’s statement full of positives. The cash position is a concern however 1.7m credit line available me if required and sales doing well.

I made the comment to Kongats at the AGM didn’t he see value at a share price of 4p and why weren’t the directors buying….now we know why I suppose.
Wonder if they decide to buy in at 2p ?

Cpx hit 2p and went to 14p in 8 months ….is that possible again ?

This should 10 bag on the expected $50m settlement

Assuming a positive outcome for CPX in the court case what amount do we think could get awarded if successful ? As we have paid all our legal costs to date would we get compensated for these aswell ?

Remember OD that 95% of these cases go to actual trial…could we see a settlement in May/June ? I think so personally. Be the best outcome for both parties.
CPX can then concentrate on the growing order book, with Maxwell as a new licensee :). Who knows , and who cares it’s only money !!

I thought the forward looking chairman’s statement was very positive on the whole…

I wonder what he has in store for us tomorrow ….hardly a great start to 2023.
