Surprised we haven’t been given any trading updates…in fact once again it’s blanket silence from the bod. Does make
Me wonder how they even managed to raise any money considering the total disregard of shareholders.

Squeaky Bum time for Maxwell imo…
I can’t see it…time is up for Maxwell, this has been going on way too long already.
be good to hear from the new ceo shortly….trading update and some forward thoughts on progress and timelines. or am i ****ed from third glass of krug ?
A very good article and worth a read…
What I would say is that Cap XX and the legal team brought this case 4 years ago, have spent lots of money and time on rightly defending its patents which in their opinion (and mine) are watertight. We now find ourselves in the final furlong, this will be wrapped up in the next 6 weeks. The judge presiding over this case has already found in favour of CAP XX against Ioxus for circa $5m, this case could dwarf that figure by many multiples. After Fridays announcement refusing Maxwell summary judgement their legal team will now advise them on settlement imo. If this went to trial and Maxwell lost it could cost them $50m plus a lot of negative publicity as this would be all over the news channels too.
This is massive news this morning….remember that 99% of the cases don’t get to trial. Settlement incoming :)
I asked a question going back a few weeks ago regarding the court case however didn’t get any response.
If the case goes to full Jury Trial how long could we expect the case to take ?
24p
I see the case is listed for July however we are led to believe these things rarely get to trial ?
If the case did go to trial how long would the trial take days / weeks / months ??
This will be 24p in next 18 months….
Must be good news and sure to be an improvement on Kongats
Against this backdrop, it is intended that the proceeds from the Fundraise will be used primarily to continue to expand the Company's product portfolio via a new product roadmap. In conjunction with the new product roadmap, CAP-XX is also introducing a new distribution strategy which will have a significantly greater focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 distributors.
Placing out the way (we knew it was coming) AK gone, isn’t this what we all wanted ? Onwards and upwards…retail offer to existing share holders at 1.3p :) yes please
Are you done with the selling now PCO1 ?
Looks like a win for CPX
