April 17th - Auction if necessary
April 20th - hearing on approval of the disclosure statement
April 24th - commence solicitation

May 21st - voting deadline.

May 31st - hearing on confirmation of the plan

Rumours are fine tbh, anything could be happening though. What I will say on the matter is that these huge companies wanting to interact with HARL at all now is huge, things going on beneath the radar, 3rd time saying it this week, but it's a long term play here and the sp will not stay this low forever, people who get in now, are getting themselves a private pension. The value here is one of the best on AIM, with a protected future too.

JW has a huge jigsaw on his desk, and he's just putting them pieces into place 1 by 1. Steady news flow now, the pieces are a lined up ready to fit and they are there for all to see.

This company is staring everyone dead in the eyes, all the correct investing information there in black and white. Now that news is coming and it seems the updates will be regular. The only way is up. These little updates are significant, demonstrating HARL will be ready, not just for FSS but for other large work not feasible previous. Great stuff! GLA

If you're prepared to hold long term and keep adding at this price range, you're going to reap the rewards in the future. Anyone here looking for a short play etc this isn't for you. This is a long play and these times right now is when imo, you want to be adding.

I can't quite believe we're getting towards the end of Feb in the 14's but that's where we are and speculation aside noone actually knows why. Everyone just needs to be patient, it will be rewarded and good rises will come. GLA

Doesn't matter what anyone says atm, even with an RNS the volume just isn't here. Will take something significant to shift this for a while. Just AVG down if you can if you wanna stay invested. Waiting game.

@juno, from what I can see y/e 2019 they made 4.3 billion revenue and 430 mill profit.

It's possible, who knows, JW knows the score. But like he said in his very own words on linked in, he's not concerned with the pennies on day trading. He knows, just be patient, and wait the good updates, the price will come. Just look at the price he bought, expect double in the long term!

We've heard it many times, but I think the bottom has been found now, and this is the beginning of a reverse.

The Americans can buy shares at anytime as far as I'm aware. Their market open doesn't affect ours, however they are waking up about now.

Expect this to ramp up, especially as everyone races to get in Tuesday afternoon before Wednesday. Who knows some others may show their hands before Wednesday :-)
