Where you lot been for the last 6 months, you will get 35p per share unless you specified otherwise and you wouldn't want the alternative offer anyway.
12 weeks.
The buzz around the company is that it appears that the offer has be rejected, don't take it as gospel but the grapevine is normally pretty accurate.
Its a done deal guys, believe me when i tell you hat.
Sorry guys its a done deal, look at the amount the top bods have in shares, they will walk away with wheel barrows full of cash and you get peanuts. Its been happening to the AA for the last 20 years, there's a lot of business men bought their houses, yachts etc from the AA ,nothing different here, except it and move on.
Now its a lose lose at the AA.
Get ready for more drama, the deals off, too cheap.
Don't waste your breath, its a done deal.
Clemoc i accept your apologises for your crude posts about me in the past but i did try to tell you what would happen but still sorry for loss if you did lose, we did believe me.
Oh well, that's that then, looking forward to how the new PE Vulture's are going to squeeze any more blood out of the patrols.
Retirement here i come. Sorry for your losses guys.
The money taken from our wages for the shares was taken out before tax and NI was taken, so in effect we will owe the tax man money weather your in profit or not, but time will tell, it is pretty close to the deadline of being tax free.
and greed...
In 2005 AA had nearly 10 million personal members now down to 3.5 million, bad leadership through the years coupled with Vulture stripping private equity companies have ruined a great institution and they walk away with millions leaving the company destitute. These immoral companies do not care about Heritage, history or the AA as a whole. just how much they can walk away with. An example is the AA training college in Nottingham, 150 years old and steeped in history, and when you walked through the double doors for the first you knew that you was a part of something great, proud to be part of a great company.
They sold it and now it is a block of flats just to line their own pockets. The AA is not the AA of old, take away the yellow badge and you are just another Green Flag member.
You do talk a load of rubbish 3300, RAC has 8 million members and Green Flag has 5 million so saying that no one calls them is stupid.
I tried to prepare you lot, thousands of AA employees will be losing all their money if this deal goes through and believe me if the new bods think that it will be plain sailing when they take over they had better think again.
Proof is in the pudding mate, not long now, nobodies asking you to read my posts but you cant just stop can you, funny how you automatically believe that natbrat as being a patrol but not i because my posts are not what you want to hear, you only believe what you want to hear and pass the rest of as rubbish, i pity you mate.
Typical AA company speech, you aint fooling no one mate.
b
Bob, if you think that the company will pay you out the full whack once sold then you are more gullible then Roxburyhouse.
You took a chance and lost, like most on here, that's the nature of share dealing.
Its against policy to carry passengers in the front seat, your not 2 metres apart for a start, that Patrol was breaking AA policy and maybe even breaking the law. There are no screens in the vans because we have to leave the van by the passenger door in Dangerous locations like motorways for instance. We still have the same rubbish tools we have had in years, anyhow you can have the best tools in the business but if you are not given time to fix then they become moot. Our PPE for covid is crap.
RsanRo Did you not get the messages from the IDU, something fishy going on.
