I really think we should hold back from pontificating on war and peace in the East - we're not even privy to a DFS for our own resources, never mind the fate of nations.

We're back to speculation and that's why the SP is back down - at the AGM the BOD should give the DFS figures to flush any buyers out

No I don't think so, 60% of a very small SP doesn't add up to much. It's not like it went up 25p

Breakeven 26.5p for me - I bought a whack post a high spot at 32p.

I have to say I find a lot of this chat very offensive...I've invested a fair bit here but I spend more time wondering if Ukrainians i've worked with are still alive than i do imagining how war and peace affect my profit/loss.

The idea of a swift end to this war by any means is a chimera - it will go on an on, as long as Putin is in charge he will not be sated and the Ukrainians will not give up

That's what I'm referring to, not something I've dreamt up. We wait on processes going on in the background and won't find out who and how much until an offer can be recommended.

M+A processes often take longer than that and as I've said I think the original buyer withdrew the proposal and it's the Hong Kong and Russian parties now negotiating under the fresh NDAs

Offler are you aware of a massive war on the border with NATO? It's made some of the papers

Personally I think the buyer/buyers changed because of the war, the price will be lower and there may be some hardball negotiations going on for a while. Not much we can do about that with Putin still on the warpath. After the tax win I think someone will buy the assets though.
