Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Bumble, agreed, I would also think that's why Oliver is there. I was just thinking about whether his visit may indicate positive or negative results. Geologists on site will have a good idea of what they have or have not found.
Having POW's exploration manager visiting the drill site at this time is exciting, it may all be nothing of course, but I tend to come down on the side of positive.
I have to agree with ART123 to a certain extent. Three weeks is a long time without any update, I was expecting an rns stating drill depth, all going well etc. during the drilling.
I am not criticising POW management, their communication is first class and they must have their reasons for this which we know nothing about.
On the subject of NDA's, is an NDA price sensitive ? If so, should it be rns'd ? I always thought a company could communicate that an NDA has been signed but obviously give no details? I am no expert in these matters . Even if no NDA has been signed, there are third parties watching developments closely at Molopo. The whole price sensitive issue on AIM is a bit of a grey area anyway.
Can we deduce anything from the recent appointment to the POW management or Oliver Friesen's trip to Botswana? Probably not. The appointment procedure probably began a long time before the MLEM results were even announced for Molopo. But why is Oliver going to Botswana now at this time? Surely more than just a site visit, just as the first drill hole is ending?
I am happy to wait for news, patience is key when investing. Good luck to all and good luck to POW!
Tati assays are also due soon, perhaps even pre drill at T1-6 ?
Good results from Tati could see the sp test 1.7p and maybe even beyond
First Class Metals are looking very exciting, can't wait to see their assays from Pickle Lake.

Yesterday's Q&A was probably the best I have ever heard.
Paul answered all questions with as much detail as he could. I felt he would have stayed online answering questions even if it took him all afternoon. As a CEO he is unique, a breath of fresh air, aligned with shareholders and someone you can trust.
Regarding Molopo, IF we hit mineralisation, whether it's high grade or even average grade over wide intervals, then the in ground value of metal in this one deposit alone, could be worth billions. It could be worth more than the Haveiron deposit, that's the scale of what we are hoping to find.
The most exciting aspect however is that IF we do make a discovery, then in all probability, Molopo will then become a district scale project. The chances of there being just one deposit, and finding it in such a vast area, is miniscule. We have over a dozen other targets, and probably more if further surveys are carried out.
It's good to know that whatever the outcome at Molopo, Paul Johnson will do what's best for shareholders. He will get the best jv terms possible, whether the jv is for a single target or covers all Molopo targets, as he said himself, everything is on the table.
Probably getting a little bit carried away here but these are exciting times, I am dreaming of a sp well into double digits.
What I liked most about this overview from Oliver Friesen is that he commented on the conductive body in the bottom right of the diagram. I noticed this conductive body when the diagrams were released yesterday, I was asking myself would this be considered or even mentioned as a possible target. The answer was yes.
It was reassuring to hear Oliver mention this zone in the video, it is not being ignored and will need further investigation. It is good to see that all leads highlighted by the survey will be investigated.
One further point I am very pleased with. Oliver is CEO of Golden Metal Resources which is currently in the middle of it's ipo process, yet he is still involved with POW and is lending his time and expertise to POW's exploration activities. This is evident from his site visit and reporting from Silver Peak, and now his explanation of the Molopo Farms MLEM survey results. Well done Oliver.
The POW management team are working well together. PJ has picked his people very wisely.
That deep blue coloured conductive zone is at least 800 metres in length, that is huge.
It would be reasonable to assume that this zone continues further beyond this, the graphic is possibly only constrained by the MLEM survey area.
If this is mineralised, it is indeed a monster.
Well done Paul and team.
How exactly did last month's deal favour POW?
POW gave up a 50% stake in Ditau and KCB for an approximately 14% overall stake in KAV.
Further dilution of this 14% is guaranteed.
BT and many others on this board have repeatedly said that the KCB is the project with the lowest exploration risk and lowest exploration costs. A major discovery there will have a much greater effect on KAV's share price than it will on POW's.
Sell the 11 million POW shares? that's £100k ....spend it wisely KAV.

News could come from any of the projects with so much going on at the moment.
News from Haneti drilling will hopefully come soon. Drilling finished just over 3 months ago and from what I can remember, assay testing was being performed at a lab within Tanzania.
Two holes were drilled at Mihanza Hill and one deep hole drilled at Mwaka gives us three chances of hitting significant mineralisation. My money is on Mwaka delivering, I have a good feeling about Haneti.
The Haneti project was one of the main reasons I invested in POW.
Good luck to all, keep the faith.

Agreed tk95, time to secure a second drill rig and concentrate on Ditau, KCB, and LVR. KSZ drilling could be months away.
We have not yet received an update on Ditau plans, no petrology report, no assays. That is 8 / 9 months without one assay result.
Regarding the B1 drill, why would a 10 day blockage delay cause an estimated 30 day wait from the expected finish date? Why no mention of Mindea? The drill contractors are normally thanked when the drilling has finished.
I do not want to be too critical of KAV but the latest operational updates were lacking detail. All we got was a near miss between 2 conductors, but the carrot now is that one of those conductors has an even higher conductance reading of 16000 Siemens.
The KSZ could hold huge quantities of economic minerals and hopefully KAV will find these in the future, but for now, we need to concentrate on our other less riskier projects.
Hopefully we will receive more comprehensive updates whether the Molopo Farms option is exercised or not.
As always, good luck to all.
