Once they are happy with all checks they will start ramping up the speeds then more checks till they finally get to the speeds they want to run at and production will increase accordingly.

Commissioning does not mean its not up and running it took us 12 months to Commissioning our line at work and during this time it was running and producing from day one statements get confusing.
Things like conveyor speeds timing. Electrics. plcs , basically just making sure everythings doing what they want it to do .

The question is not is it running yet it is ask yourself are you happy with the amount od shares you hold before it starts going north which we all know is coming and i think it will jump on confirmation not drastically but will move then when the money starts flowing into company accounts then it will start pushing then dfs it will move again.
