Zoros good post but I think your valuation is a bit out.. we still own 40% I believe. Which is 1.7moz eq. At $1000 profit I think = 1.7bn. So with 4bn shareholders that equates to 42.5 p .. my calcs may be wrong !

TomE.. deary me it is only a discussion, nobody knows for sure and nobody is criticising him for selling, I just stated that I thought it was a cheap price to sell ( if he did sell for cash, which I doubt ) at with the knowledge he has. I am more in the camp that he has transferred to members of his family, whilst taking some cash to enjoy however he likes!

Not so sure he has done the right thing, unless he has transferred shares to members of his family .. the future value of these shares is way above what he sold at. IMHO

T2MCG .. it is baffling a lot of us just now .. no justification for this low share price knowing what we have in Havieron alone !

Not a share with a tier 1 gold mine being raced towards production by a major mining company in a jv .. look at the big picture why would GGP want more money just now ? They have enough to drill Scally and more, they have enough to get to the FS on Havieron and they are in a jv for other prospective sites, more than enough for a junior miner to be going on with, plus the chance they hit another find which would as I said get banks throwing money at them !

Looks like you are talking to yourself Rosso, why would Newcrest loan GGP $50m if GGP were going to do a placement, can't see it happening they have enough on their plate just now without raising any money, when Havieron is confirmed a mine, banks would be throwing money at GGP, and that isn't too far away ! So in my humble opinion you are wrong!

Zoros .. markets use any excuse to manipulate the price .. those drill results if they were from Artemis or Antipa would have people jumping up and down with excitement, their past results whilst reasonable are not anywhere near as good as our worst drill results, not that I can find any bad ones from Havieron !

Zoros, where do you get the 14 out of 15 . In my mind it's 15 out of 15 ! No bad drill results on Havieron!

TMT .. great post ... as for No. 5 it does look ominous, but like you I would like to hear his side of the story. It could be the case that things changed since he bought his small purchase .. we don't know, this is not in his defence just a thought. I also don't think we will ever find out. Life goes on and Havieron just gets bigger.

No I am just showing what he currently holds, it's possible he sold 34m and bought 18m before he left, I seem to remember he had 90m odd, so down 16m seems about right. To leave him with 75.4m
