That's the big IF speady, all this guess work should only be on Havieron, but I am going to buck the trend and can see this being 60p + when the upgraded MRE and PFS is issued. Huge drilling programme must increase the assessed size of Havieron, and it is not even half way there yet ! If what is further down is as big as people think then over a pound by the end of next year is well within range. That's my opinion !
GGPthru.. 26p @ $646/oz . With the new price of gold that will be 29.25p @ $714/oz and that is with a 50% risk ..( which I believe is way too high) so on 12m Oz we are worth roughly 60p per share unrisked :-)) .. that is a huge laugh as we will be well above 12m Oz ... try doubling it !
Nope been adding when I can, must be in a bad way to sell off what seems to be a huge amount. Let's hope the reins are off now and we can get back to some form of normality, with more great news to come regularly !
Here is how it was done at Telfer
Byrnecut undertake all underground mining activity on the site; from large scale sub-level caving operations to smaller narrow vein high grade reef stopes. The mine has made extensive use in the past of autonomously operated loaders tipping into ore-passes, with chute loaded trucks hauling material on a consolidated haulage level to the main crushing station. Ore is then hauled to surface by shaft. As the mine progresses deeper, below the crushing station, the mine is transitioning to conventional loader to truck haulage operations. Telfer is one of Byrnecut's proving grounds for new technology, with automated jumbos and remote longhole drills recently commissioned.
Bamps if it is anything like a deep copper mine . The ore will be crushed underground, conveyor belt to loading pit then hoists to raise it to surface. But they may do it different and have the crusher in the surface. It will be interesting to see how they get the ore to the surface. ?
Bamps .. I agree roughly a year to get sample ore. Re ventilation shafts, with modern methods May be quicker and cheaper .. .
Blind shaft drilling offers certain advantages over conventional shaft sinking techniques. The process is highly automated. Using only a three-or four-man crew, all of the work is performed on the surface. No one enters the shaft during development. Similarly, SDI does not need access to the headings underground. Depending on the geological conditions encountered, the drilling process normally advances at much quicker rates than a conventional shaft sinking operation.
