So don’t get caught up with the ramping

It’s a great time to be collecting cash (with more coming this quarter) when interest rates are so high.

The point is you factor in NAV when includes other investments such as HE1 and the market cap is discounted compared to majority which trades at premium. It’s very good value here

In short term SCIR have much more net cash than market cap and multiples in medium term.

That’s right CP, another $3 comes in this quarter so it makes the sp look a bit daft. Buyers are getting a bit of a gift here as inherent value has just rocketed
