Waynesmith have you ever wondered why companies don't just go to the bank for funding? Companies like ANGS are listed on the AIM so they can raise funds through placings which cover their development costs so they can realise the potential of their assets before seeking a listing on the main exchange. To think that a company with no turnover could secure funding any other way is naive at best. Only one nob on this board and you're looking at yourself in the mirror.

AIM need to generate cash through issuing shares...placings are normal and nothing to worry about. Dilution is only a worry if the value of the asset is stagnant. Proving that the OIP at BB or Brockham is recoverable is only days away and there is a huge upside here.

Brockham will produce at 1000bpd minimum...IMO that's £15m GP...BB well intersects all the oil bearing intervals in the Weald and could sensibly flow at 2000bpd following a workover....that £45m annual GP. Don't think a mcap of £100m is unrealistic...the SP here has been in the mid 30s previously..accepting that there has been some dilution 20p round the corner IMO

Disagree...this is a mile away from where it should be. Production literally could be days away. Full production license at Brockham. SP should be 20p plus and it won't be long before it is there...

Access to conventional funding is key to ANGUS, production license sets ANGS apart from others in the Weald...

Tax efficient for directors to pay themselves dividends from profits...buy out unlikely but possible.

Why is a buy out a bad thing? Major shareholders are invested at 7.4p and will want many multiples of this figure.

See we are funding from advance sales to local traders...someone is pre-buying oil at $20 a barrel...wouldn't surprise me to find out that what is really happening is the license is delayed to skim profits from CASP into a directors unassociated company....

ALBA have a very strong team of specialists in the oil and gas area. Wouldn't surprise me if they weren't assisting ANGS here.

I think there are positive noises coming out of Brockham...they are in the public domain. Looking good for a nice rerate here IMO

Is anyone short at this SP? Can't see it. Low volumes creating the drift downwards. The MJF license will prove that the model and the relationship with Khazak authorities is sound. CASP already have an agreement to allow them to apply for licenses on a field by field basis, getting the first one in the bag will be a massive boost.

Let's assume that Brockham production is at the lower end of expectation say 300bpd...thats £5m turnover before the big prize at BB...MCap way too low at the moment IMO

After the collective bad new RNS released by the current BOD to bury the memory of Vonk, we've had nothing but good news. My suggestion is the next two or three RNS are already in the can and they will all be posititive. The new BOD cannot afford any slip ups and therefore I think they believe the remedial work at Brockham to be simple and for production to follow....

Isolating the water should not be a problem...the equipment is on site. In terms of proving up the well, Brockham has a production licence and all be producing at commercial levels in the next few weeks if not days IMO

Local traders know the international licence is due imminently...they'll be happy pre-buying as much oil as they can at local prices before the supply at local prices finishes...cheap way to fund operations IMO
