My feelings at present are as follows....A5,A6,A8 and 801 will deliver over 10000 bopd. The MJF licence is critical as it displays a willingness of the newly formed Khazak government to support CASP in their program of bringing the fields into production. Further delay in the issuing of the licence would suggest to me that the Khazaks are requiring reassurance that CASP are able to deliver on their drilling commitments within the time frames agreed. A JV or takeover may be the answer if they are not convinced. Either way I'd suggest CASP pis will be well rewarded going forward.
