After listening to the recording again, can’t help but think that Copley would be a good addition to the board. The guy obviously has sentiment for the company and a career in the I.T sector would work well with the new alerion tech. But, think the requisitioners went the wrong way about it by trying to dismantle the current bod. Now the company has advised to vote against all resolutions, which undoubtedly means another loss for the requisitioners. I think if they just proposed to add another bod member to ensure things were done with shareholders in mind, then the company would of welcomed the idea.

I don’t know what sort of anti-profanity detection algorithm they are running here on LSE, but they shouldn’t be highlighting racist words when they are part of a very normal word. Snig ger ing

I am right, unless they were lying on Twitter. Nigel/trout how about you go take care of your sinking ship RMS and leave the current bod/shareholders in MRS sort this one out. No I’m not, but I’m also not stupid. We got our asses handed to us in the last egm and since then, the trades completed doesn’t make up the difference of which we lost by. It’s going to be another win for the bod. If people are not happy here, sell up and move on. Or, I’d like me, you are locked in and don’t want to sell at a big loss, let them do what they got to do, let the share price recover, so we can all get our money back. I blame DS and NB just as much as I do LH and JZ.

It doesn’t help that Surjeet Singh has just called another egm for the same resolutions. All this is doing now is holding the company up it doing whatever it is they are doing. Costing them heavily in the process too. Wasting everybody's time by goi g through this again.

Nigel is irrelevant in this stock now. He acted the saviour of shareholders to try and put himself back on the board where he could suck 200k a year out of the company again. I’d be surprised if he’s even holding any stock here anymore
