I didn’t vote last time, but was leaning towards the company. Still undecided on this. I’m thinking for on new board members, against on removing the current. If JZ gets removed, and dumps his and URU shares, then my investment is down the drain hole. Also, Gige. Please stop posting, your illiteracy is hurting my eyes.

I’m not looking for sympathy. Sympathy is for the weak and the weak go to the cooking pot.

There is always going to be two sides here, that’s why we have democracy. I understand why everyone is trying to vote out the current bod and I take my hat off to you if you do. But I can also accept defeat and accept the fact that JZ and LH ain’t going to let this happen. Between them and the newly issued shares, they hold way to many to be defeated. My personal holding is just sub 1m. I’m not saying that I agree with the business ethics here, not at all, but, in my opinion, the only way I’ll get my money back is when the company pulls something out of the bag to nudge the share price back up to around the 5.5p mark. Again, this is my opinion, but I don’t believe anyone is going to overturn the current bod, which is why I personally want everyone to simmer down, let them do what they got to do, so the share price recovers and I can sell out. Everyone’s entitled to an opinion, that’s just mine.

Pet, consistently calling an egm until one of the bod gets fed up and sells out is the most pathetic thing I have ever read. Makes you just as, if not more, irresponsible single than the bod who signed the alerion deal. You claim that the proposed resolutions will increase share price, and I agree, but unfortunately I can’t see it happening. But what’s not going to help the share price, is the constant whining and defamatory posts. By constantly bashing the company, you are doing more harm than good.

If the resolutions are passed, then great, share price recovers and I can sell out.

If they don’t pass and you stop bashing the company, the share price can recover and I can sell out.

There are not going to be any new shareholders buying Mrs stock while all the negativity is on the BB and social media. These new share holders can be the difference in you out voting the bod in a few months time.

Clutching straws again. Although, it is imminent that the resolutions will fail. The volume traded doesn’t amass to the difference in which the last resolutions were decided. So unless in the next few weeks, LH and co decide to sell, and a pro resolutions supporter decides to buy, it’s another loss for you. Stop wasting the companies time with your whining and sell out if you’re that unhappy.

Unfortunately, I don’t know why JZ title has changed. Also, Sid001, trying to instigate that my ‘hopefully, the refinancing news will come soon’ sentence is inside info, just shows how desperate you are to tarnish any positivity mentioned here with negativity. There’s the independent report checked off, no wrong doings found much to the dismay of the witch hunters. Hopefully the refinance news will come soon after Mr Singh loses his egm. Then we can get on with our lives and maybe the share price will recover in time for Christmas.

I just read that Jarv, I seen CG name once and no mention of relationship. May have missed it though. What ever happened to ANR? didn’t that company disappear after the bod was overturned?

There is an endorsement on CG linked in from LH from around 8 years ago where LH said that CG did some work on LH servers in his call centre, but that’s the only proof I’ve seen of a connection. Heard lots about CG being LH brother in law/step brother but not seen any proof.
