I see our Boiler Room friends are back! This has to be the rampiest, most uninformative and banal post in months. Could try harder. Beware of sucker investing, they are priming this one again folks.

A year ago this was trading at 1.2p-ish! Then we had a massive Covid bounce, helped by a good dose of ramping. GlobCo didn't way in with any deal and Mint diluted our share pool.
We have cash in the bank and a bit of time to see if Vlad has what it takes to convert pipedream to revenue generating pipelines. We'll know soon enough.
Meanwhile, assuming no significant news breaks, this share should hoover around the 1-2p range. Of course the ramping crew smell leverage and no doubt will continue their ramping campaign towards 3p.

If you trust the BOD that they now have enough cash to turn their innovations into revenue then this is probably the bottom. If you don't trust the BOD that they have enough cash then either hold out for another placing or forget about Hemp.
I feel those are our choices now.
BOD have shown significant incompetence to date so it is difficult to place any further trust....

Not that anyone actually goes fishing for bin lids but that is what this share feels like at the mo.
I had said previously that I sold 2/3rds here back at 4.4p and I thought then this was heading back to a preCovid SP price range of 1-2p. But the drag to get down to that level has been painfully slow.
Once we are there though something has to give, either way. Will Mint be feeling squeezed at that level? Will Hemp have enough cash to bring any of its pipeline out of pipedream territory?
Obviously time will tell.
We are nearly at the bottom of this cycle IMO and we need positive news to lift us from this bottom.
One piece of positive is those nasty boiler room people are not so in your face now. For now.....

DHub, the genuine investors can see that this BB is suffering from a bad boiler room infection and have shyed away for now.

Some have mentioned an oversold play here. You are now close to this stock and will have a sense for it. If you can catch the bottom of the oversell and have the nerve to jump back in, then you might recoup some of your losses. Takes a lot of nerve though and finding a bottom is never easy!

This SP seems to be heading back now to pre Covid levels, ie 1-2p. Will that simply be a normalizing event?

I'm not sure. In that sense this is now more a dampening or smoothing of the trends.
The unknown, of course, is what are the effects of everything that has happened since pre Covid?
I feel we have to get back to 1-2p first before we can get a feeling for that.

Just before the Covid spike of this time last year, this share was valued at 1.1p.
If that spike is now regarded as vapourware and our situation has further declined, what are LTH feelings about a return to precovid valuations?

I sold 2/3rds of my shareholding after the crash. I will keep 1/3rd on the off chance of a recovery but have currently written its value off the balance sheet.
I was told to Jack Off by JHFH, which I found offensive and inappropriate, as after all I was just trying to give my honest appraisal of how I saw the situation. JHFH et al do not own this BB and all they have to do is filter me if they do not want to read what I write. They have no right to try and bully or intimidate me. Their behaviour is telling and indicative though.
There is far too much risk here now for this company and their continuous obfuscation via their vague RNSs and the personally indulgent tweets of their CEO is the endgame for me.
They have potentially exploited the Covid crisis, which is somewhat shameful, and can no longer be trusted by my measure of these things.
I'm not out but I'm definitely no longer in.
I realise a lot of people are suffering and I find that depressing.
I want to see the high-risk research pipeline converted into a cashcow revenue generating portfolio but continue to view that aspiration as a pipedream.

It was always ever just a punt and still is, that's pharma for you.
Yes, there could be machinations going on in the background but I don't buy that. The optics are bleak, from where I'm sitting.
What I bought into was the short term possibility of a deal but that now looks unlikely. What is more likely is a further dilution of shareholder value through the vehicle of the CLN.
If that is what plays out and you still have faith in Vlad, then perhaps sell now and buy back in later.
The previous RNS just led on us on a merry dance and for that reason I am probably going to pull the plug now and move on.

Not:
1. There will be no negotiations
2. The option to negotiate will not be exercised
3. The option has terminated

I read this as "we are in play now with major pharma" and we need to just be patient.

Can I ask any LTH who were here for the 700% jump in SP last time, did you get any warning? Did the SP rise as a direct result of an RNS, or was it a bit leaky the few days/weeks before that?
