Explor could you post the document that you interpreted this view of yours. my interpretation comes from the 27july RNS that states SOU 47.5% working int. SCHL 27.5% working interest theres no mention of isn`t a real w/interest. SOU have stated their 47.5% is what will be sold if an offer is made what happens to the other 52.5%

Explor. What do you mean when you say SCHL has a net profit interest. When they signed the deal with SOU they took a 27.5% working/ownership of tendrara which left us with 47.5% so have the same incentive as us to make this a success.
