fsher what you say makes perfect sense if SCHL bought out SOU they would be buying a controlling stake as opposed to another co. bidding for us and just acquiring 47.5% of the cake.

Can someone explain why this new agreement should hold up the preparations to drill TE9/10 in simple terms please i can`t see why this should make any difference to the planned work programme and its timing.
