Jobb your quite correct in the past explorers for oil in the USA saw it as a curse they would simply plug and move on even today the Saudis still flare massive amounts of gas as you say attitudes have changed and gas is seen as a commodity in its own right and not simply a by product of oil.

Maldini I think what you say could very well be correct the Moroccan Government will do what ever necessary to see a deal struck sooner rather than later they are not going to let anything to stand in the way of having their own gas supply before 2021.

Jobbs not a fan of contingency deals to many unknowns for my liking but i believe they can be structured in a way that gives shareholders a choice of a higher one off payment those choosing to go down the route of contingency payment get a smaller payment in lieu of future dividends if we were offered such a deal i would have no problem with it.

I do hope we are not going suffer this guessfest for the next few months we will know what we will receive when the Co.announce an offer has been made and recommended by the BOD.

rocket i think you are probably right i vaguely remember reading somewhere these deals can be structured as you say where shareholder have a choice of a higher price or a lower one in lieu of deferred payments for future results.
