Ding I don`t believe BM will play much of a part in sales negotiations his job is done he has collated all the seismic data and what they see a basin model for any buyer to draw their own conclusions. The only information he would be privy to is to what stage the negotiations have reached and not what price price the buyer had offered i think it will be JP and Rothchilds who spearhead the sale and when that process is complete it will be put before the BOD to consider and vote on.

Shed I posted the other day a contingency deal can be structured so that shareholders have a choice of taking a one off payment which would be higher than those taking contingency payments but thats not to say in our instance that will be the the deal negotiated.

PNE The only logical reason i can see for retaining the senior members of staff re BM Any buyer may want access to SOU staff initially as part of the deal.

Joe i thought Rothchilds would being doing the bulk of the negotiations with JP would BM be that involved anyway and if no price has yet been even discussed are we technically in a closed period.
