I think a man.buy out highly improbable who ever bids for this would have to demonstrate they have the capability and resources to quickly develop TE5 for production and continue exploration of our licences before the M/GOV would sanction any deal.

crude Based on the results of our last three drills it could equally be very costly with no profit what so ever then we would without doubt be left with a pittance.

medi I have thought that since they came on the share register it was never about an investment for profit but more about a degree of control.

crude I`m all for people that want to continue exploration on a sale of TE5 when we receive our divi people like yourself can re-invest the money the get back into the co. there by funding further operations others like myself can cash in and leave you to it.

Level Agreed i think discussions have been taking place for some time i believe all parties knew TE10 would be our last drill before we commenced drilling.

z-cars Have to agree with your sentiments but i`m glutton for punishment i have 1 last investment in the O/G before i quit altogether or like you go in a completely different direction but i hope good fortune is with you whatever you decide.

cransley Once/If tendrara is sold SOU will still be trading with 1 asset Sidi so there should be no reason to move the co. into another entity. We are only selling an asset not the co.

crude If all funds from an asset sale are returned to shareholders people will accept that was the best deal on the table What i do not think will be popular is holding back a lot of that divi on some hair brained scheme of further drilling.

Joe I agree for many an ideal outcome but for me once i get my divi i will sell up and go for me the last few years have been a dispiriting experience and would probably gone before now but for the continual promise of an LE.

Joe I admire your staying power but for me it is time to move on SOU for me has lost its excitement and become a slog to the end my next investment has no connections with SOU ,CORO or ECHO far to long term for me in future 12 months in and out.

Joe I have a better idea give all the proceeds of any sale back to investors those that are so keen to carry on with Sidi can reinvest their divi in the co. that way we can clearly see what our investment has been worth and move on.

Drule the markets won`t attribute any value to the sp knowing the money will be distributed to shareholders in fact watch the sp when it is distributed we will probably see a low single digit sp.
