crude I don`t believe SCHL have any appetite for more exploration as it stands unlike us they can still show a profit with their 27.5% of TE5 and as for Sidi i don`t think they would touch it with yours.

I posted earlier it`s quite plausible the reason to raise some capital now for post the sale of Tendrara when we would find it far more difficult to do so when the only asset value will be Sidi we are not going to disappear after the sale SOU will still be trading.

People keep saying why a fund raise when we have enough funds to see us through negotiations of an asset sale but we must remember post sale we will still be a trading co. albeit only poor old Sidi to our name. If they intend selling Sidi in the same way then better to raise some money at 10p before the value of Tendrara is no longer on the books.

With an already announced 50% cut in staffing levels now a 29% executive salaries hardly smacks of planning for future lets wait and see i still believe this will be sorted by the end of september.
