To me it looks like collusion between Sidara and BOD, they will withhold the 2024 accounts to keep the shares suspended essentially holding shareholders hostage and force them to accept cheap 35p bid.

I believe Carrot13 is right, this is likely to go for 35p unless the audited accounts uncover a bombshell

Either way, the BOD need to be skewered for this. They can never be allowed to work again.
