I can only assume some big holders were very upset with the placing at 213p when it was trading at over 230p and are now in full FU mode

Market really punishing that recent 213.75p sale, making sure those institutions wont have the chance to dump anytime soon

The lack of communication from the BOD aswell speaks to this, all they are doing is leaving shareholders hanging with the "we are minded to recommend sidara's cheap 30p steal" .

Imagine you hire an Estate Agent, you think your house is worth £300k, but the estate agent keeps calling you and saying "we recommend this 50k offer from Mr Swindley"

Sounds like Bob is confirming my suspicions, the BOD are working for Sidara now, NOT shareholders.

And they will pull every trick in the book to push through 30p

Im betting the 2024 accounts will not be released in 2025 and this circus will carry on into 2026, Im sure they will try to hide the accounts for aslong as possible because they want to wear II's down and make them accept 30p

BOD can hold everyone's share money hostage for years without publishing the accounts. This is what will happen

rubbish, its been obvious since the 35p offer the BOD are colluding with Sidara to push through a lowball offer so they can sneak out the back door with a payoff from Sidara

For Sidara to make a revised offer so close to their original offer is indicative of them trying to exert pressure, either saying to BOD to hurry up and release the accounts or to pressure Institutional investors to accept the low offer

Also if 2024 accounts are so bad why isnt Wood teetering on the edge of administration right now? How have they been able to continue trading until August 2025 without announcing financiering issues

Reducing the offer from 35p to 30p is nothing but scaremongering tactics , trying to panic investors into accepting their lowball offer

Giving up here, my investment is dead. I hope the BOD get their just deserts

The accounts are ready and Sidara has seen them, we are just waiting for the institutional share holders to accept the 35p bid and then the accounts will be made public. And if they dont accept the 35p offer, the accounts will remain under wraps for a long long time.
