The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
What news would that be and when?
Possible news to land on Tuesday. Good time to top up.
Highest I've known it is 0.12 and that was two years ago. Even with this momentum today, it will take a while to recover.
Well, it's suddenly taken an unexpected turn for the better. Looks like we'll be into the thirties before the end of the week, if this steady momentum continues.
Good Lord, yes! 83.88k - I'm guessing that "unknown" trade will almost certainly be a buy otherwise, the SP would surely have come crashing down by the end of trading, Friday. Can't wait to see what a difference that will make to this coming week's bartering. (Please, God let it be a buy).
Actually, I've got sod all to say but as it's coming up to the first anniversary of the last post and for some inexplicable reason, a few thousand quids-worth of sales turned up out the blue yesterday, I thought I'd post something on this lonely chat forum for the sheer hell of it. Come on Share Price - shock us by going up a bit more!
This is an action which is not yet settled so, if like me you woke up this morning to find enough money in your account to buy a couple of houses then yes, it IS too good to be true. You will not be able to trade until this action is settled.
"Application has been made for the 21,942,400 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 3 November 2022 at 8 a.m. The New Ordinary Shares will trade under the ISIN: GB00BNBVJZ07 and SEDOL: BNBVJZ0."
The present ISIN is: GBOOB04XB679 and the SEDOL: B04XB67.
Different numbers.
I have no idea what this means for us current shareholders. Ca anyone enlighten me?
It's Saturday, actually - the 29th. Chances are, they'll take it right down to the wire. What's interesting though is, even in the event of a non-deal, trading will resume. Not sure that would be a bad thing. Confident of a deal, however.
I've got money waiting to invest in this, should the outcome be positive. Don't want to miss the first day back of trading - not even the first minute. It would - hint hint - be helpful if the BOD could give us just a remote bit of an update in the meantime.
Has anybody any remote idea at all, how long this trading suspension is gonna last? Any guesses?
I bought in at 0.2 before the disastrous Surrey CC decision two years ago. Still quite a way for me to go yet, to recover my losses. Lets hope a new cabinet will sweep clean like a new broom.
You might be right (we both hope you're not). Anyway, the market likes certainty. Granted that the war in Europe and the energy crisis doesn't do us any favours but what about closer to home? If Liz Truss wins with a thumping majority, will that put some confidence back into the London market?
Why do you ask?
Always the Optimist, 308. Still, keep talking- you’re doing more for my morale than the BOD.
That 'sounds' reassuring but given the steady constant decline over the past year and a half or so, from a healthy 2/3p to practically oblivion, it's hard to believe there's any hope of this recovering. The silence is deafening.
What the hell has happened to this share price and why? Is nobody up there going to address the matter, or do they just not care?

Not good but this is gonna make the need for self sufficiency all the more vital soon.
Here's hoping for Loxley - strike whilst the Iron's hot!
I too, think the decision will be favourable. I just think it's gonna be really interesting, as it coincides with a period of energy price rises - what with the war in Europe an'all. (Not that I want war btw).
Have you lot finished *****ing? The SP seems to have stagnated a bit so, what's our next hope? With regards to Loxley, the SoS's decision is due in about eleven weeks (if 7th June prediction is accurate). If the current SP holds up between now and then, can any of you Mother Shiptons forecast what the decision will be and what it will do to the SP? How about a little commentary on that?
