AC - do you personally think it was a co-incidence that one of the long awaited permits arrived shortly after AE got a 20% stake?

I personally don’t, it’s the control over permitting which is absolutely top priority to the project in my view.

I truly believe that AE is the only deal in town and that they can again and already have forced his hand once. He loaded up cheaply alongside them to compensate himself.

Can only hope that the fact this is dragging on is down to final compromises and not because the offer they are making is just too embarrassing even for for Tony bull****

If they already knew what real was coming next the 75 million shares they averaged down on would have been free money.

I’m not saying that didn’t happen but what deal do you think comes next?

For the record I know nothing, just been following this for a long time.

I had a much larger stake (by my standards) that I sold most of last year but I am quite intrigued by the Kalimantan story and although we will never know something major shifted behind the scenes.

It all seemed to me going so well and then BFS got repeatedly delayed, copper crashed and JPM exited, then no drilling due to permits being withheld.

Why did they drop the ball so badly. Many blame bird but who was responsible for Birds appointment? JPM or Tm?

All started to look like a write off and then along came AE and then came a lesser permit within weeks.

I’ve offered up my theories far too much for most people’s liking but I often don’t trust major co-incidences .....

Beutong to remain at same ownership %’s until after drilling

Something like that imo would be better than outright sale of ARS to a buyer that already owns 20% and paid less than 3.5 million for 20% a couple of months ago.

Read many of Updo’s posts and he has always made good points regarding the need to bolster the community, share the immense wealth stored underground.

An ok ish deal would be a very significant deal I believe, not expecting fireworks short term but if Asiamet come out of this with a path to production and enough of a stake to profit accordingly I think many might take a fresh look (instis included).

Flip side is Tony gets what he’s given but either way I’m convinced a deal gets done with AE and that construction permit will arrive to seal the deal

Bought a few of these a couple of months ago as I liked the discount to cash/no debt, reversion to 100% after equi exit.

I was probably going to sell around breakeven as patience was running out and felt funds tired up here were costing me probable profit elsewhere.

However...

Read some interesting rumours on US billboard. Only rumours but if in fact Dickson (a supposed billionaire) is building a stake on the other exchange should finally start to see some interest here and discount to cash narrowing.

Also sure Aeturnum didn’t buy JPM’s stock.

Aeturnum stock was primary (issued by the company).

Don’t think AE have bought any secondary (on market) stock yet and don’t think they will anytime soon. Only my opinion

I believe they sold into the market.

What I am sure about is that they sold out. TM mentioned it in one his on-line interviews. I e-mailed him to ask why he’s saying this on a public forum when his website contradicts his statement.

A couple of days later the website updated and JPM disappeared.

JPM dumped months ago.

Asiamet updated their website to reflect the capital structure.

I always thought it odd there was no TR1 and exchanged e-mails with the company about this. I think JPM get some sort of TR1 exemption on AIM...

I’ve already made a list of 30 odd gold explorers/producers. Favour the producers as the explorers will probably be too late for prime time gold bubble.

Bought some too last week. Hit a mini spike and paid 1.15 but not too bothered.
