For the record I know nothing, just been following this for a long time.
I had a much larger stake (by my standards) that I sold most of last year but I am quite intrigued by the Kalimantan story and although we will never know something major shifted behind the scenes.
It all seemed to me going so well and then BFS got repeatedly delayed, copper crashed and JPM exited, then no drilling due to permits being withheld.
Why did they drop the ball so badly. Many blame bird but who was responsible for Birds appointment? JPM or Tm?
All started to look like a write off and then along came AE and then came a lesser permit within weeks.
I’ve offered up my theories far too much for most people’s liking but I often don’t trust major co-incidences .....
