The potential needs proving full stop. They totally over egged this once already by quoting very high cos so until we see it (actual results with hard numbers to meet forecasts) there is no reason to take these guys at their word.

I’m not saying they won’t deliver but these deals on their own don’t restore credibility YET. Only the metrics will do that and the jury remains out imo.

Personally I like buying stock at a healthy discount to a recent insti placing. Managed to get 12.75 entry on Shanta same way. Find it to be an effective tactic in general.

They have done the DD for you and Usually talked price down as well. Most of the time stock will move above placing price eventually even if end game is zero so still v confident stock will rise from here.

I’m hoping to fold before have to find out of bod are credible again. Good luck everyone, especially those deep underwater due to sticking with this lot last year.

Nail on there, results need to be in concrete.
So far they have completed Corp activity that has the potential to start clawing back value.

The potential needs to be proven actual. The market would be an even more ridiculous place if simply the guidance of I3e was enough to boost this back much higher.

Let’s face it, the transaction looks good on paper but so did the North Sea 2/3 pronged drilling campaign before they actually delivered it and the rest is history.

Agree with some of what you say but I believe treat others how you want to be treated. Act fairly and you should expect to be treated fairly.

Was granting themselves options at .0000000001 (or whatever) fair? I don’t believe it was but maybe others have different view.

I’m long between 4 & 4.6 as it’s pretty obvious stock will at some point trade above placing price (modest 6p target for me here) but these guys need to earn a fair crack of whip not just be awarded one because we all want stock to rise.

They basically misguided investors first time round with cos guesses and prob thought (rightly) nobody would care if they delivered. They didn’t and left the co. In a dire straits as a result.

The side effect still being felt today imo.

And before we get into Graham Heaths skin in the game the discussion should centre around what he’s paid in hard cash per share.

His avg was prob so low his downside much more limited than most and with the ability to issue shares to yourself for pretty much free his skin in the game means FA.

The gold licenses are window dressing. Similar to ones Conroy Gold had 20 years ago and did about a million placing and consolidations on the back of. Today’s very bullish gold environment is almost irrelevant to these bucket n spade gold plays.

If your expecting to profit from those on then get ready to be diluted out of the park for a long long time by which time it’s Highly likely this gold run already peaked.

The zinc is the play here and the only reason that JT has credibility Is Glencores involvement , the golds a mug’s play at this stage and today’s announcement with NO mention whatsoever of Zinc is disappointing imo

Interesting post re JT/sentiment.

My take is that ark has been relatively undervalued for quite some time due to JT‘S previous promo’s and reputation so sentiment is low anyway and has been for a long time hence the stubbornly tiny mcap.

The zinc has no say over who owns it so eventually value should out but in my opinion this a ‘buy” in spite of JT rather than because.

SP unsurprisingly getting stuck around warrant strike price. However I am slightly surprised volumes not higher this week so far...

Not sure we will get the volume without the news now. Hoped it would move higher in advance on spec but not playing out that way so far.

Would have been great to de-risk some around 1.5/6 before news but prob have to hold on news which might work out more profitably eventually but riskier than necessary imo and at that point just coin flipping rather than calculating.

Great point re. Not being beholden to one tech/sector/customer is a huge positive for me and one of my main bull points. Selling the picks/shovels to the miners springs to mind...

Conversely I’ve seen a number of low/no revenue aim co’s screaming COVID and rerating to dangerously eye watering valuations. Perhaps Carclo’s message is more mixed/low key but the sub 15 million mcap just looks very wrong to me given they manufacture for medical sector...

The only think Graham and Majid have proved “good” at so far are a bull****ting about chances of success with mostly other people’s money and diluting.

Agree this is a good punt below the instis buy in price but how can you get serious about fundamentals for a company that was “pleased to report” on the huge waste of funds on liberator.

Price action punt, buy below placing price and sell above. If you lose due to holding for too long then you can’t say red flags didn’t fly.

Sorry to Long term holders and no offence either but after bod messed up and rewarded themselves with options at zero it far far too early to say they have been “good” at anything yet.
