Frustrating and intriguing price action since that 28 spike.
Logic says that a mm is working a sell order from Duroc and those shares being bought by the likes of us in the market and that’s keeping a lid on price.

Don’t think one holder is buying up the stake as the amounts involved would mean a new 3% holder and unless we get a TR1 in next day or two I think the flow is simply going to PI’s.

Think gylenhammar is more of a strategic buyer of distressed medical equipment co’s (think hartest holdings) and he’s cashing out as pretty obvious he won’t get control of Carclo anytime soon.

Big holders will often exit when they can rather than at in ideal price due to liquidity so my guess is that with Carclo now in stronger position with banks and stronger bod so he’s probably losing hope of getting the control his stake was building towards.
I still find it odd that they wouldn’t just wait a few weeks. Who knows if they required a tax loss?

Almost as if gyllenhammer realises he’s not going to end up in control so acting accordingly.
I remember him trying to buy hartest holdings with a different vehicle and similar situation there.
Duroc were obvs the bid wall at 28. Totally agree that the limited no of shares and very good dilution track record will see this move through that 28 level quickly now.

Got more than overweight on this before Christmas even started! Then added more again and after seeing the move to 28 and fall back added even more!
I feel the run up to 28 was a glimpse into the near future, a warm up for the real action.
However I really thought it would hit 30/40 last year and got it wrong so maybe I’m too much in love!

We will soon see, but happy to take the larger risk than I usually would as can always take consolation in a slower recovery if price doesn’t do 30-40 this month.

Yep sold out too on the 3p spike and took a loss last year.Kept an eye on it but still it stinks as a lifestyle co.

It was the fact that they tried to mislead in an rns about a placing that supposedly went to a fund and then it transpired the fund had broken it down into a number of sub 3% holdings. The point I made to the nomad was that if that’s the case the rns is intebtisy misleading.

Couldn’t be bothered to pursue it with AIM or regulator. Just thought I’d sell the next spike.

So RY one of the most blatant can kickers on AIM finally got the message about over promising and under delivering.
Now he just under promises and delivers nothing other than delayed dilution while he consistently gets his wages airlifted in on the dot and in full every month without fail.

He must hold some sort of record in terms of milllions (no exaggeration) earned in salary vs shareholder erosion. Almost impressive in a disgusting way. The man must haft skin thicker than a T-rex.

Already Sold 100k shares this morning, kept other half.
Nagging doubts that time is running out for them to not only declare but pay a divi in Q1. The slightest whiff of BS from these two will be priced harshly given the warrants bonanza and benefit of doubt already extended.
Just hope I don’t regret selling them all.

Sticking with my small 1.5 mill shs on this as a total gamble for me, Liked the look of the pullback and tiny mcap. The options strike price rns a nice bonus giving those that with a fundamental belief further encouragement for a longer term recovery.
Starting at .5 good to see and I dare say cynically bod know funds inbound and know how that will effect SP, hence the timely options.

A complex well considered strategy and exactly the reason investors have been put on a waiting list to put their funds with mong this year.

Nothing ever straight forward with this lot. Had a tickle at it again though sub 6.
“If” they report as per their own very recent guidance another 40/50% short term upside but the “remains to be seen” sentiment seems highly appropriate.

Can they really raise that much money with such glittery forecasts and then totally miss? Don’t think so but this is I3 where disappointment has become the form guide.

Gambler in me says buy back in now as you can make a other 50% q1. Cynic in me says why are they leaving it so late? If the results are even close to guidance they would have been busting a gut to get the info out quickly and repair some of the tattered rep.
