On a lighter note I feel that the managem JV is a real catalyst. They need to spend 4 million in a reasonably short time to stay in JV framework.

Either a good chunk of free carry drilling to coke or if I was them I’d try offering the 4 mill cash to take off Orr hands.

Would transform ORR’s fortune and would seem a much better deal for them too.

I still dont understand how cash is generated without sales. I realise there was 1.76 million paid to ORR and then given straight back to Lanstead so as it stands Oriole has dished out the stock but is not sitting on the cash.

Do they receive 1/24 of the cash they sent straight back to Lanstead each month with plus or minus the vwap?

But then if that’s the case is the vwap the avg mkt price or avg sale price. The latter throws up the same Q again.

Anyway it’s probably just me having a Bob moment! I’ll work it out eventually and stop cluttering this with my inane comments on the facility.

Don’t think anyone can summarise the situation more accurately than you already have. As I’ve said before my criticism of bod doesn’t mean I don’t want people to get out their money back or at least enough to to make it worth moving it.

The way I see it Lanstead have to liquidate stock deposited with them in order to send the cash raised from sales to ORR.

No stock sales equal no cash so although they don’t have to sell stock each month that would mean no cash generated from the facility?

Is that how you see it or have a different view?

Yep Brad’s wages alone have cost 45k since c&m rns. Now that’s value for money

They lost all credibility last year when they did 500 million shs at a fundraising low .12 and started waffling about “demonstrable confidence in the assets” whilst the placing was being largely flipped (check the volumes around then).

He was the one who was flying over to have talks in Colombia. He was the one who claimed how “delighted” he was about P2 confirmation and “accelerated exploration activity”

If that isn’t totally misleading guidance to the market I don’t know what is!

It really does boggle my mind as to what he does for OMI to be found so out of touch with reality. His comments if you read them back illustrate zero awareness of the situation he was presiding over.

If the funding wasn’t secure should they even have said anything about it until it was? Conveniently misleading and opens a whole can of worms and sets unwelcome precedence if companies can just talk about uncertain loose funding arrangements in formal rns
