If they don’t get project finance it’s all going to look like a duplicitous pre-AGM plan to get resolutions passed and keep their seats.

Now lanstead have 26% they are probably safe voting wise.

As others have alluded to if they introduced Lanstead before the AGM sentiments would have been drastically different

If Tim has valuable contacts why has he in last 12 months sold 46% of the equity in last 12 months just to stay afloat?

500 million shares at .12 which got mostly flipped and then Lanstead. Why get involved with Lanstead unless you have no other options?

I dare he should have exhausted his contact book already. If not why not?

How can you not care how they get the money? Are you serious?

1. if they issue more top co. stock the share price will not re-rate. Only project level finance will have that effect on the SP because it would value one of the parts at 10 mill. Without that Orr are back to swapping big chunks of equity to prove up small/questionable value

2. Right now they can’t issue top co stock anyway because nominal value is .10.. you can’t legally issue stock below nominal value (unless you disguise the placing price using a benchmark, sound familiar?)

Unless they get project level finance the only exploration they can do is Senala free carry and if that is the only catalyst then Lanstead need volume.

“How” they get the money is the most important aspect of this risk right now

Under normal circumstances the sale rhd Primary asset requires a vote but Omi craftily switched voting rights to Canadian shares only.

If we are going to get into comparing successful mining ventures with ORR then RIo tinto has a market cap of 84 billion.

There is literally no point in my comparison.

The problems here that still exist have nothing to do with the potential of the geology. The problem is squarely that they are not capable of funding without confetti.

In fact they can’t even sell normal confetti anymore, only cheap nasty Lanstead confetti.

i also have put concerns on record with nomad re voting.

it does not seem ethical to raise money from the same people you refuse votes from. i’m sure it’s a dual listing loophole being cynically exploited but i hope that the market supervisors at least agree this is against the spirit of things.

i hope others are making noise too. i hope he stands down as ceo. i also think chairman who just mostly hides is equally if not more culpable for jv misleading guidance and is just as unworthy of his position.

So how on earth is taking on more early stage projects when you can’t afford the ones you already have going to help the SP?

Holders need to try and do something to shake him up and put him off this course of “more projects” action.

When you consider the 300k shares the “CEO” owns he currently has just over half a months salary of his own money invested.

CEO has half a months salary invested in his own stock. Just had to say it again because of how ridiculous it sounds

Kutzz for first time in a long time I might be more positive than you as I think that the market is mostly already pricing in a fail on CIB deal but I think the 4 million free carry with managem is the better catalyst and that does seem to be going ahead.

Ironically the catalyst is regarded as a “legacy asset” and predates Timbob. Tim said early on he would have that done that deal differently.

It’s hardly endless fretting when you consider that in the last 12 months they sold 20% of the co. for 600k to keep lights on (meaningful activities my ar@e) and another 29% to Lanstead to pay overheads for next 2 years.

It really isn’t the losing that irritates me SO much. I’ve made a few profits elsewhere ( mainly vod magic 70p level) but it’s just the manner of the the way this has played out because I think he’s put his own pocket and ambitions above the Share price requirements when he’s simultaneously wanting to use SP as collateral.

The “strategy” here from Bod seems to me like changing your pounds into dollars at the worst possible rate of exchange and then feeding the dollars into a one arm bandit to claw back the fx losses!

On reflection that was his warning to market that he intends to take on more projects. He can then justify dilution to offset his free hit narrative and claim the dilution is for the new ones. Slippery but not slippery enough

Seingred I was also thinking 2p/cash value ish but this talk of more projects given the woeful performance managing the others is giving me pause for thought.

My 11p avg is just a write off ticket and it’s difficult to consider averaging down when we could find ourselves with more unwanted early stage projects to fund and hundreds of millions more shares all eating away at any value Anza holds

The Omi investment case has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous.

Probably at least another couple months silence to follow on anza.

We’ll get some assays from Brazil that have obviously cost more than budgeted and that nobody cares about.

Then we will be told about drill targets he knows he can’t afford to drill and that will get the markets dilution juices flowing.
