I’m curious to actually know my average, I was tipped at 7p early 2015 and have bought between 10-32p. But bed & isas and multiple transfers to different brokers, make it a not so simple sum. Come production I might spare an hour and work it out for fun. Fancy helping me out then, Members?

A £2bill MCAP is an 82% discount on the £11bill NPV therefore giving a 28p SP with current shares in issue. We are currently at 91% discount of the NPV. Does removing the risk of funding warrant 9% reduction in discount(all approx..)? More/less we’ll soon find out.

As the bonds/notes aren’t convertible I don’t see much in the way of shorting? If anything the soon to be new owners would want the company to prosper to reach maturity and collect the yield.

True, however the MCAP won’t be working off that figure until they are in issue. The SP maybe held back assuming they are/will though. Anyways, everyone who holds these shares must envisage we’ll be in the upper echelons of the FTSE 100 next decade? I certainly do!

Ffc, I think we’ll ‘only’ have 7billion shares ish in issue in the next 5 years so make that estimate £1.14 ;-)

I’m already for next years bed&isa with SXX. The interesting thing will be how many will I be able to fit in come April 2020!? I’ve been greedy here since the 12/13ps were being ticked and far surpassed my loose target. Hopefully pays off.

You could get £4K(20%) more SXX shares now(well 4-6 weeks later) if using a SIPP plus a £4K(40%)/£5k(45%) cheque at the end of the tax year depending on circumstances. Not sure if you can get a SIPP fee free though? Where as ISAs you can with some platforms.

Yeah, I agree, that’s the problem being from the north living in the south that I face in my daily challenge.
