Worst managed company I have ever been involved with, have no confidence in the board, lead by two cowboys
Happy about the move to Nasdaq, long overdue. I no longer hold any UK stock. All my stock holdings are in the US. ISA accounts are limited to UK stocks only
Can we expect a bid from Philip Morris? Only joking
Problem with OTC shares is that they are hard to access, liquidity is bad whilst a lot people stay well clear
Frankly I have given up on Tils, I've put the stock in the locker and will look again in 5 years. Likely I don't have significant quantum of stock
It will be $2 or less
What Is SEC Form 12b-25?
SEC Form 12b-25, also known as the Notification of Late Filing, is the document a public company must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) when its anticipates missing the deadline for other key filings, such as quarterly financial results.1
By filing Form 12b-25, a company may avoid penalties associated with failing to file various required forms. Included on the form is a description of why the late filing is taking place and whether or not the company expects any major surprises compared to its prior year's filing of the required form

Both FORALUMAB and Teplizumab are similar , however FORALUMAB is considered to be safer than Teplizumab which is administered by injection. FORALUMAB can be administered orally or nasally. Type 1 Diabetes is a HUGE HUGE market, I am disappointed with Kunwar Shailubhai. Instead of focusing on this, we pivot to Covid-19 !
Sorry, need to correct my post, should have stated does anyone know whether TILS pursued this.
Does anyone know what happened to this?????

Provention Bio Inc is using Teplizumab to treat Type 1 Diabetes (showing positive results), it is going for Phase 3 FDA approval in July

TILS is one of those stock which you buy and forget about for the next 10 years
It will be interesting to see direction of travel for TILS in the next few months
Interesting article about gout drug colchicine as COVID-19 treatment

Does anyone know when AccuStem will be listed? Apologies I ceased to be a Tils stock holder a few months ago after the split. I feel like I am intruding after constantly complaining about Tils SP (I remember Whimax suggested I stop whining, sell and go elsewhere, which I did and brought BNGO at 0.70cents!)
Got bored with Boohoo with its side trading (I have good hopes for Jan!) and decided to invest some money (which I had taken out of Tiziana life sciences) and put it into a company called Gevo on the US market, invested at $1.43 today, has gone up to $1.83. With Biden in, there is likely to be pressure on airlines to go green. Gevo is a “low-carbon” company developing and commercializing renewable diesel, jet fuel alternatives. Currently below $2, likely to go beyond $5 by end of this year.

I'm out of Tils now, sold at 1.03 today. I've taken the advice of Whimax, which is to take the hit for miscalculating SP entry (I purchased around 1.70) and will move on. Initially invested in July and my main target was to get Accustem shares. I don't understand much relating to biotechnology companies but do understand the medical devices industry however. Like some, I do find Tils share price behavior baffling but nonetheless as many have stated it’s a good holding in the long-term and they are likely to be well rewarded. Wish you all well, adios
There is some talk in some other forums about people converting their AIM shares into ADRs, if lots of people on AIM converted I wonder if it would make any significant difference?
This is instructions for GW Pharmaceuticals shareholders as to how to covert their shares after it was delisted:

Its depressing owning Tils shares, I am locked into being a LTH, brought at 1.75 for the Accustem, I hope they are £1 or more when get listed eventually. The Board are idiots they are not very smart in how they do things, plus the share price gets manipulated all the time, it is worse than being a shareholder of Boohoo stocks with all their labour and media issues!
