Having watched all the previous SCC meetings I don't think it's going to be a formality. After reading through the submitted paperwork I think the flare stack is going to cause some issues! I don't think they have submitted a definite location in the drawings and I can see the at least two on the panel using this to defer a decision. Don't forget they used the lorry waiting area during the Holmwood meeting as an excuse to delay. Not sure if Angus will have even ordered the flare stack or if there is one available somewhere to hire/buy which could also cause a delay?

If the crate is still in position I would suggest the first time poster who submitted the video on Friday morning saying it was taken at 17.00 Thursday is possibly misleading. No crate to be seen in that video. The Blue donkey was definitely not working when i left at approx 16.25. Make of that what you will.

Thanks, loot We know that Brockam is 24/7 production. The fact that the Lidsey pumps weren't working would be down to the planning permission I suspect. Production hours : 10.5 hours Monday to Saturday. No working Sunday and bank holidays.

Nianjabi I said I would post and I did for doubting Thomas's like you. I know I'm not going to get a cameraman's job.......Obviously but some may have been interested that the crane was there. The Blue donkey was defiantly not working at 4.22 and the red one was moving very slowly. If they were up and working by 5 would anyone with knowledge be able to suggest what the crane had been doing there? Interesting the Company posted a video on twitter of the green donkey at Brocham. I would have thought their time was better spent addressing PI's concerns don't you think.

I think I agree with you about waiting for the Permission to become the operator. I can only conclude that the OGA have all but given them the green light but are concerned about their finances and are waiting for proof of funding to issue the approval. Not an ideal position to be in when negotiating financing I would suggest.

So the question is Are Angus no longer going to be the operator and only hold a 25% stake...... or did they not think it necessary to inform the market that they had received OGA approval to become the operator ?............... or it's just another misleading RNS?.............
