It is an absolute scandal if the trial partners allowed steroids to be used without synairgen being aware. Wonder what retribution could be had? Surely SNG would have been better announcing a compromised trial, or analysing the data of the uncompromised. Maybe would have taken 30-40% off but this is going to be hard to pull back from

I don't know whether it is wishful thinking though!
I think there is more in the data that can be positive but if so, RM needs to take a hike for how much it has cost the company and investors alike, regardless as to if if any is recouped.

This is a typical 'E-myth' style of failure IMO.
Don't get me wrong if the product doesn't work then it doesn't work but I don't think that is the case here.
This is Synairgen not understanding their route to market and too many scientists involved who care for success of the data and not the business. RM has let the science bods undermine his sole purpose of getting the product to market.
Synairgen should have emphasised the Death reduction but they their mistake was not setting out the trial endpoints around it. Much easier target to achieve and automatically lead to EUA.
Unfortunately, we have attempted to show a much more refined data set instead of storming ahead with the 'less people die' headline which has cost us all a serious amount of money!
I know the FDA helped set up this trial but FFS, any big pharma company would have pushed back.
Pretty P!55ed off this morning and I think it is near impossible for them to do anything with this product now.

Realisticly looking at a price of around £3 on results day all things being well. Will likely rise over time om the back of orders etc. And my target sell is still £7.

Unpopular opinion but this won’t be heralded the blockbuster it would have 6 months ago. And definately no repeat of manic monday IMO

It took just shy of 2 months between last patient dosed and results in Ph2.

Granted the trial was alot smaller but Synairgens resources have grown since then; so I am expecting results before the end of the Monday - either this Monday or the 31st.

NOTE - when talking about daily increases of >100%s, I was referring to share prices of companies - Not synairgen

Quite simple - It would be worth less because 6-12 months ago, COVID was a situation that alot of people/countries could not see a way out of - I believe people are now in a position where they can see an 'end' to the pandemic.

Like with all business, timing is key and the slower it takes to get to market, the less of a market share you have.

I'd be over the moon with any sort of range that is >£5 per share, but I don't see it from here. Gone are the days of >100% increases that were a daily occurrence 12 months ago.

I have no doubt results will be positive, but the longer they take, the less impressive this will be seen - How many >50% efficacy drugs have come to market now for COVID...

To be fair, it is all in Synairgens control now. Data unblinded almost a month ago so cant see them taking more than 6 weeks to analyse and release the most important news of some of their careers.
