There are no big buys. Volume is low. But it is encouraging that PIs are buying at all. SP holding firm in the face of short attack.

The financials will make or break this share. High risk = high returns or bust. A middle way is soooo boring…

End of year results are likely to be published end of April.

I just had a look at last year’s RNS that were issued in March and April and there was a steady stream of good news that pushed up the price quite quickly. I can see the price getting up to 60 pretty fast if the balance sheet is repaired. With more positive announcements before that then we could possibly see 100 given that the short squeeze will happen at the same time. I think there is a good chance of two more RNS in March and maybe two more in April before a positive financial update. 100 is a very real possibility and no more than we deserve for keeping our nerve in the face of a ferocious short attack.

They may well be playing both ends against the middle,

especially if they have inside info and have been accumulating to offload both ends against the middle as it wete.

Carillion was a victim of boardroom fraud if I remember correctly and had massive undisclosed debt. Pension issues as well. But the article is pretty much on point and the balance sheet is, at the moment, f*cked. No point saying otherwise as the BOD has admitted as much. If they sell some assets and/or renegotiate debt terms most of us will be as well. We need a Hail Mary RNS as well. 100 is possible though and you have to be in it to win it.

6,500,000 sold. Possibly another 3,000,000. Extra shares issued this week. Possible linkage? Someone knows something and if 6,500,000 sold in one block someone obviously bought them. High risk but high return if it pays off. 100 is possible if they have come up with some cashflow. Cash is king. GLA.

6,500,000 sold. Price down nearly 5%. Possibly another 2,000,000 are sold. Could be shorters. But their holding should drop - a lot. Time will tell.

A lot of short position holders making automated sales trying to push the price down below 25p but it seems to keep bouncing up even on low volumes. Unless it is the staff selling their shares but usually you have to keep them for a while so more likely shorters.

I agree a £1 is likely. Inside one year maybe, the balance sheet is a bit of a hiccup though. Unless there is a magic money tree, a miracle or divine intervention it is hard to see a solution. Faith is needed for sure.

Be lucky to hit 50 given the likelihood of another trading loss.

I thought the share issue was a message that all is well. If they dilute and the price drops to single digits then that is really poor management. And stupid. Cautiously optimistic now. But this is a LTH no doubt about it.

The shorters are always selling and buying to manipulate the price but have actually hardly reduced their short positions at all. They probably have inside information.

Those with a short position may have inside info that the SP will plummet on a dilution to rectify the balance sheet and hence the bonds being discounted 50%. Bummer but likely.

So, the near 11% short shares would cost just under thirteen million pounds. I guess it depends on how much they borrowed them for, eh? Struggling to push this lower now.

Tackling a company's cash crunch can actually turn into a win for shareholders, depending on how it's handled. like a tough workout - rough but you come out stronger. Redoing debt or bringing in fresh cash might shake the share price a bit. But, if done it’s a comeback story. cutting costs is just the company trimming the fat, getting lean. It's about playing the long game, staying patient, and watching the company get back on its feet. There might be a really good RNS and the price will spike. But a lot of LTHs are averaging 80 or more so it may be some time before they are happy. Once the shorters bail out the price will rebound whatever solution they come up with.

It does not strike me as logical to issue shares to reward performance if they know they will be worthless in a month.
