Yes James, news would follow immediately following the last fluffy PR video on proactive investors. Nothing major I don't think, just a project update. ESIA should be submitted by the end of April and approved by H2. I see lots and of confusion about dates (amazing how easily people he confused when it suits them to do so!!). I don't think there's necessarily a delay anywhere, the fundraiser shouldn't have been a surprise where else was the money going to come from to fund the recent land grab?! Anyway, I'm waiting to hear an explanation from GFD with regards to funding!! Out of curiousity I checked the GMS board and was relieved to see he is still alive and kicking.

These are most likely the rest of the placing shares but I have no idea how to explain the effect on the SP.

In my simple mind, we have lots of lithium of high quality, we have a team in place to develop a mining operation and we will mine the lithium. At some point our shares will be worth more than they are today and I am hanging around for that.

As a reminder of the timeline BA confirmed back around 5/2/19:

2-3 Months:

Resource Upgrade Finalise - COMPLETE
Metallurgical testing - IN PROGRESS ( news on this via RNS in the next few weeks)
Exporation drilling of our highly prospective target - IN PROGRESS (BA mentioned upgrading some of the current JORC to Reserve status later this year)

6 Months:

Complete ESIA
Complete Feasibility Study
Prepare mining licence application

12 Months:

Complete Mining licence application and negotiation with Mali government
Finalise mining optimisations and open pit design for processing plant construction which the target to commence is during 2019.

I think this project will come in, so do many others. I am buying now before the SP increases.

I told the wife at 7am to expect these to hang about 0.14 for a few months until the paperwork has been submitted and approved. So I am actually feeling much more positive than I was early doors. I believe this will make money but nobody wants to be sat on a loss until that happens.. it is quite easy to see where all those negative posters of late are coming from, I experienced a couple of hours of looking at a loss earlier.

Soutie, I got an email this morning containing the RNS. If you go on the kodal website and sign up to the mailing list you'll find these emails usually get sent out at around 7am. HL for example post the updates a little later at 7:30amish.

That was a bit of a blow I must admit. A fund raiser not unexpected but I was not anticipating more drilling to extend the resources at this point... RayG is right about the videos, fluffy PR and not to be taken seriously. Will this get mined? Yes Will this make me money? Yes Just going to take a little longer to get into a healthy profit.

Thanks joeman1. It did seem a bit strange having to pay for them given the value that Steve is about to create for us. Some of the descriptions I was reading online contained a lot of nonsense.

Please could someone enlighten me to how these work? From what I've read our PM now has access to tranche one at a cost of around £102666.66. Now how does it work? does Steve pay that to receive the shares and then take his chances selling them on the open market at a time of his choosing? I understand he has up to five years to purchase each tranche from the date they become available. Will there be an RNS to inform us when the tranche has been submitted to the list of shares in existence? All a bit amateur I know but we've all got to start somewhere and here I am! Appreciate your feedback.

Fastjet, good call on black horse.. I just followed you I hadn't noticed they had risen so much, just sold up for a small profit and with dividends was better than cash in the bank over the last 2 years.

Great update yesterday in my view.. JORC upgraded and extended as promised and now fast track to production.

I am in profit here because I bought into this last year after the fall, for those with 0.3 average and similar, it doesn't sound like you'll have to wati long to be in profit.... hang in there!

I'll be there, hoping to meet you all. This share is new to me and I'm learning as I go. When I joined this board there was real variety of content and great information sharing but the last 3 or 4 weeks it's been infected by nonsense. I'd love it to return to information sharing and civil discussions but hey it's the internet and that's how it is I suppose. Anyway I had a great birthday at my local cider farm and I'm ready for the news flow next week. Good luck all, live life to the full with no regrets...
