"Why are the licenses registered directly in the names of subsidiaries of Kodal rather than simply Kodal?"

It's to do with where the companies are registered, I have a note somewhere that someone kindly posted a while back explaining this. Our subsidiary is registered in Mali and is managed by a local which makes the granting of licences a far less complicated process.

Looks like we are still moving forward and some very positive updates to support that.

Perhaps a drilling update to follow in the next few days… now the funding shortfall has been resolved?

From August 12th RNS: "the Company may delay the exploration and expansion drilling it was planning to undertake in October 2019 following the rainy season".

I assume this is underway as previously planned?

I have been buying since last year end of May was my first purchase and have quite a few at various prices ranging between 0.04p - 0.2p so may look to take profit on the way up when the good news starts to arrive.. if it doesn't then so be it, you win some you lose some.. I am still hopeful though and we should have a clear picture in the coming weeks.

ESIA - I am expecting approval by 18/11.. granted it can take longer but this thing was lodged on 23/8 and is well understood following a formal review. I would expect the mining application to be submitted when BA has completed his next round of conferences week commencing 18/11.

IMO we have hit bottom and I shall be topping up this week with my last tranche before we enter the development proper phase...

ESIA approval will arrive within the next 3 weeks.

Mining license application in by the end of December and approved by end of march.

Drilling currently and should see some results end of January... I've got a feeling those are going to be good.

Everything is on track, now that fund raise has been dealt with I'm expecting a healthy rise and shall be topping up by the end of the week. Cheap down here..

For the record: I'd expect ESIA approval mid November followed by a cash raise shortly after. (Note: BA is attending a 121 mining conference in London a couple of days after the ESIA deadline, coincidence?)

That paves way for the feasibility study and mining license application. Gets these in and we're on the home straight.

Unfortunately one particular poster plagues this forum with his verbal diarrhea and it's ruined a forum once full of knowledge and wit.

Be warned said poster is probably down 80% in his main lithium play and is down 50% on his "trade" here so when he spouts his opinions presented as facts I'd just ignore him as he's as clueless as the next man.

This is a punt, we all know that (don't we?!) But it has potential to make a few of us very wealthy and I include myself in that.

In the interests of fairness Olly, Bernard has been known to answer said question plenty of times previously with a similar answer provided to you. Then followed it up soon after with a cash raise. In short, I doubt he'll ever provide an honest answer to said question so there's little value in his reply to you.

I agree with the rest of your sentiment though, time to sit back and watch the end game slowly unfold.

Most of the negativity stems from only a few posters who appear have tried to "play" the KOD share price and now regret their decision to do so (or so it seems).. you on the other hand may have got 'in' at the right time with what looks to be a very good position, well done sir (assume you are a sir?) ! Unfortunately for many long term holders they have a much higher average so it may take 6-18 months for some to break even, this has caused an amount of the recent negativity.

I currently have an average of 0.12p so the SP needs to do a bit before I can smile again.. although unlike some I have the ability to patiently wait...
