Fingers crossed Fastjet. Things can change pretty quickly with these shares so here's hoping.

Lots of fuss from the usual suspects as can be expected... Looking across this sector lack of Communication with shareholders seems the norm. I couldn't care less as long as we get this thing into development.

All depends on the interpretation of mid January.

The ESIA was first lodged late in August where the RNS dropped at 13:15 so keep any eye out as it may still drop today.

Has a date been published for the trading update? I can't seem to find a date but am anticipating it to be 29th or 30th January. I don't suppose you have the date do you?

SorB, I'm interested to know if the planned drilling went ahead? I'm assuming it went ahead following the cash raise to cover the previous shortfall. Results will be in by months end based on previous campaigns around that time of year.

Joe, that's a good chart to watch and it does support some of the views regarding the current share price.. but I am mindful that I quite frequently read about the lack of quality information available regarding the price of lithium. the chart doesn't tell the full story.

There is a hidden story around availability of premium quality lithium, I think this story will become more and more main stream as next year progresses....

….. long way to go but it could be a good year for us if things continue to progress as we hope.

The buying this week feels all too familiar, hopefully its real momentum and not another pump and dump before a cash call. We will find out in a few weeks I guess.

I am in this long term but can't help admit a fair amount of frustration over the way events have unfolded this year. The recent licence news raises a few unanswered questions which I think the board could do better at explaining. Do the new areas include the much talked about gold prospects as per the original Madina licence area? That's one question I have been unable find an answer too..

Still on the plus side, it seems the mining application is due shortly and BA seemed very upbeat about the next year.

Someone has been given the heads up again by the looks of it. Hopefully we'll all enjoy our Christmas this year.

Does anybody know the significance of the land we 'relinquished' when the Madina licence expired and was replaced with the two new licences.

Looking at the original RNS confirming the acquisition of the Madina licence I can see around 100KM has now been relinquished and what concerns me is the latest RNS contains no mention of the Gold prospects contained within the original Madina licence area:

"Madina is also prospective for gold mineralisation, with previous geochemical sampling returning anomalous gold values – review of exploration work and further follow-up will be undertaken following assessment of lithium potential; "

"If an economic resource is identified, the Agreement anticipates that Future Minerals and Gorutumu will form a new mining company in Mali (“MiningCo”), conduct the appropriate environmental studies and apply to the government of Mali for a mining licence. On application for a mining licence by MiningCo, Future Minerals must make a further payment to Gorutumu of:

US$1 million if a resource (indicated or better) of less than 5 million ounces (“Moz”) of gold has been defined;
or
US$2 million plus US$2 for each ounce above 5 Moz of gold if a larger resource is defined."

BA has enough cash to last until March/April based on current burn rate (not sure how easy it is to check this). That is when the mining license is expected to have been approved. They need this lodged asap.

Then it's all on how this is to be financed and who by.

The ore from Ngoualana is being used for the DMS and is not (as I understand it) part of the bulk sample. There is inferred 5.1MT of that declared in the current JORC and it contains the best grade which is amenable to processing through DMS only according to what BA has stated in RNS postings.

I believe the bulk sample is made up of ore from the Sogola Baoule pit and that requires further refinement to produce a premium battery grade product of low impurities.

Correct me if I am wrong but all the current pits are believed to be extendable in terms of the size of the resource?

I am really interested in the results of the testing in China because its the first time ore from a pit has been put through a processing plant. As I understand it the battery that was produced a couple of years ago was from rock chip samples so this testing will provide a lot of clarity to the project viability and we need clarity before the big money will invest in this project.

Soon we will know the truth.

Dam right sxxswe, this explains in part the delays in submitting the permits, SZ stated on video back in February the mining application was looking to be submitted around the July period, that didn't happen and no real explanation as to why has ever been put forward. We ended up with what looked to be an unplanned capital raise that ended up short of funds.

It now looks like during that period KOD were rearranging the licences for better rewards down the line. That looks to have been very well played. BA wants his house in order before moving full steam ahead.. if ARahim is right then this will move quickly from here.
