from the RNS, its clear that they are in final stage of discussion, ie legal structure (which entity hold what etc). which is very important steps. these legal structure usually takes time and hence part of the delay.

hence, deal is coming as otherwise they wont be moving towards legal structure!.

i have invested across AIM and have seen delays in almost all companies. ORM is no exception

furthermore, at least we know we are save as ORM has plenty of cash. Plus, not many companies out there that can give significant uplift from current sp, probably if you sold and invest in other company ABC, you will probably end up delayed to the news whatever expected in that ABC company anyway.

that letter is actually positive as it indicates we are soon after that, will be able to produce more than 500bopd once that letter is approved

we almost closed above 3p today, since meeting will be towards the end of day tomorrow, we may get the news after market closed tomorrow or on Friday.

as such, we have 1 day for buyers to buy in and hopefully we can closed at 4p tomorrow :)

i suspect when Art was in discussion for the deal with Atomic, it was based on valuation per oil price of £40
oil price now $55 and soon to be in $60.

ORM sp has been depressed for so long. and was not valueing its true value.

ORM tax loss alone stands at around 35m and any revenue from new asset we acquire, will be tax free for 35m !

so, our mcap should be minimum at 35m ie around 6p
