why compared PREM vs KOD?? you need to compare with KDNC.

KDNC has much lower mcap and massive lithium and also other assets. more comparable to PREM

serious buyers are increasing their stake. like i said before, settlement or not, its itself is already cheap for their asset that they have and about to announce - ESG metal

my feeling is that current JV offer was cheap (since we are not yet DFS) and hence he refused to farm down cheap. however, the problem is PREM needs more for DFS and wont trust him when he said PREM has enough fund. seriously ??

if I were him, I will farm down a small %, just so that we can pass through cash for DFS. but i am fear now cash call will be needing for DFS Zulu.
