Deal3r - yes there is always downsides, but let's just clarify a few points. Imo, the reason to extend trials to numerous hospitals around the UK would eliminate the idea for 'inconclusive results'. No other firm/outfit is (currently) further ahead, with us being in phase 2 of development. And the last point about financials I believe IF successful will be provided by the 'dragon project' who have stated there intentions and programme. Plenty more pro's than cons here, just like balancing the argument ;-)

maqsood- Possibility lansdowne are selling their stake to another II (Link Fund) and therefore due to them being over the threshold, a TR1 doesn't need to be submitted on their increase? Possibility and could explain why these delayed trades have been showing as a buy the last few weeks...

Cross board, but Woodford were dumping their shares in ORPH (open orphan) from 6p - 8p for about 2 months.... the price has seen an increase up too 13p meaning over 100% on their investment if they held. Do the 'big boys' always get it right? No. Take from it what you will but just cos lansdowne are selling doesn't mean for certain they 'are in the know'.... as ever, dyor, all Imvho ;-)

It seems Astrazeneca pulled on this in 2016 due to low number of exacerbations, making primary end point conclusions difficult. My question would be, why did they pull the plug?

Digging through some articles/pages relating to the success rate of (interferon beta1b) in MS (Multiple Sclerosis) And its at interesting to see it reduces the number of relapses by 30% compared to the placebo. This however is through the injected method compared to SNG001's method of inhalation (nebulizer). It shows clear improvement, and i know there's WAY more factors to consider, but 30% mark up relapses throughout the population is an outstanding figure ( IF proven successful) ofcouse.

Do the research, trust the team and hold is my answer. There's a lot of key facts to support evidence interferon beta1b works for COPD/Asthma, hence the reason to test with Covid. Only data and results will prove this and thats a test of time. Forget intraday movements, short spikes low/high and focus on the end game. Lots of pi's looking for 'hot' stocks to stick their capital into chasing rainbows and ramp fests boards on lse/twitter. I know where I'm edging my bets. But as ever, dyor, trust your investment and more importantly let's hope a cure whether its found from Synagein or not is found quickly to prevent the risk of lives for the future. Few on here may be able to have more information on this, Avonex (interferon beta-1) is the prescription drug used to treat relapsing forms of MS. (Link below) Querying whether the SNG001 would give similar side effects and if so, would prevent the drug from reaching to perhaps all people regardless of mental/physical health. Open for discussion.
