On 26 March 2024, Reabold provided LNEnergy with a £0.5 million interest-bearing loan facility. LNEnergy had drawn down the full facility as at the date of publication of this report. The interest-bearing loan with LNEnergy has interest charged at the Bank of England's base rate plus 0.75% and has a maturity date of 25 September 2024. The loan includes a clause that allows Reabold to convert the loan into ordinary shares of LNEnergy at maturity.

Have they rolled it over or will we see an RNS confirmed conversion to shares?

We have only recently been told that the option to buy 90% of CS expires on 01.02.25, with that in mind and no-one else interested in funding LNenergy, they should be up to 49% and not 27% for our cash because without it LNe would be worthless. Hats off to Frascogna & Co, they have milked these 2 idiots beautifully...

3 drills in the next 3 months - very exciting possibilities for UJO but that's all we know so what is there to discuss until we have news?

I have always been positive about CS although I think our cash deserved a much bigger slice of LNe.

Here is the email I received on 30.08.24, I think the latest procedure date is linked to the extra documentation

As part of the ongoing concession application process for Colle Santo, LNEnergy was asked to fully respond to a few final questions from the VIA Commission presented to LNEnergy on July 29th 2024. LNEnergy requested a 60 day suspension period which was authorized by the VIA Commission to allow for additional time beyond the very short 10 days response time initially requested by the VIA Commission, which was exacerbated by the fact that the response time happened to fall in the middle of Italy's national August holiday period. LNEnergy will respond to the VIA Commission by September 10th 2024.

The Company believes that upon receipt by the VIA Commission of LNEnergy's responses, it will have completed all of the required documentation, therefore allowing a final decision by the VIA Commission to be issued within a short period of time.

There's no doubt that diversifying into the US has been very exciting and will continue to be over the next few months, however it appears that Andrews-1 has yet to live up to DB's ramping, specifically comparing it to "nearby wells" that produce 150 bpd and declaring it a "major success". 50 bpd for June & July is NOT a major success imo when compared to "nearby wells" that produce 150 bpd. Hopefully the August data will show a significant improvement, plus we will have A-2 data too.

65p seems like a good entry point as long as they can get cash-burn under control, I wouldn't be surprised to see a take-over bid next year but not at a huge premium, maybe £1 or so

LNEnergy may exercise the option at any time until 1 February 2025. The exercise price is US$11 million.

Reabold anticipates re-entering and recompleting an existing West Newton well in 2025 in order to establish sustained gas flow. The gross cost to re-enter and re-complete is expected to be c.£1.4 million (c.£0.2 million net cost for Reabold).

Cash balance at 31 January 2024: £3.8 million (31 July 2023: £5.2 million), of which £1.1 million is restricted

capex for Wressle £3.7m - perhaps underway in H1 with capex spread over 6 - 9 months perhaps?

I'm just wondering how easy or difficult EOG & UJO will find raising the cash needed?

I think CS has a very good chance of getting the permit(s), after that they have to agree funding with Gunvor to get the plant up and running. When would RBD see a cash return? I have no idea, I cant see dividends for years but could LNenergy Ltd float on AIM once CS is in production?

If Colle Santo is given the green light, I expect the sp to bounce, the question how high and for how long? Any significant bounce will be hit by profit taking by anyone who's been buying in recent weeks

Heid, I doubt he will get a loan facility as then he couldn't boast "debt free" plus it would be expensive - Bramhill has always gone to the market (which is what AIMs for). I expect a placing of about £3m and the re-issue of the Treasury shares (about £1m) in Q4.

If anyone can see another way for UJO to fund Wressle expansion in 2025, I would love to hear it.
