Here are the conditions that caught my attention - these ones may mean further delay - 4, 7, 16, 18, 19 & 20.
Hopefully Egdon are on the ball and have these documents well under way... I think it's highly unlikely Egdon will break ground this year, Q1 at best
1. The development must be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
4. No works shall begin on the construction of the pipeline until the method of crossing the B1208 and any associated temporary access points have been agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Once agreed the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
7. Prior to the commencement of drilling operations or well stimulation on site, the name, make, model and technical noise specification for the drilling rig shall be submitted for approval to the local planning authority.
16. No stage of the development hereby permitted shall commence until a Construction
Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
18. No development shall take place until a Species Protection Plan (SPP) has been
submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
19. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with a Biodiversity Net Gain and Management Plan which has first been submitted to and
approved in writing by the local planning authority.
20. Prior to the start of production, a report providing evidence of compliance with the Biodiversity Net Gain and Management Plan approved pursuant to condition 19 above shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
22. The use hereby permitted shall be for a limited period being the period of 15 years from the date of the commencement of production.
