...we dont know how much oil was produced pre June but 6460 minus (1550+1530) = 3380

...could A-1 have produced 3380 barrels over 18 days of August? if so that 187 bpd

... strip out a few hundred barrels pre June and that still leaves 150 bpd over the 18 days - all just guesswork at the moment but it is based on DB's 6460

On the plus side it's not their first rodeo - hopefully they have been talking to NLC all summer so expected all these conditions and have prepared accordingly

Joking when I want to buy I often wait for a big sell to show so I get a better price, likewise if I want to sell I wait for a big buy to show before selling (it's not an exact science because of the 15 min delay so it doesnt always play out the way I hope)

My holding is tiny compared to what it used to be - always chasing the big win hasnt worked for Europa, plus I am concerned about cash-burn. UJO has made a smart move into the US - wells and Royalties - perhaps Europa should consider a similar approach although I doubt they have much spare cash. UJO's results probably out this week so we should get a good idea of how well the US assets are doing (or not). Meanwhile Wressle has a few minor hoops to jump through before they can start work.

Larry the application was submitted many months ago so Egdon will have been in regular communication with NLC planning. One would hope that they have anticipated all these requirements and are suitably prepared...we shall see

Here are the conditions that caught my attention - these ones may mean further delay - 4, 7, 16, 18, 19 & 20.

Hopefully Egdon are on the ball and have these documents well under way... I think it's highly unlikely Egdon will break ground this year, Q1 at best

1. The development must be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

4. No works shall begin on the construction of the pipeline until the method of crossing the B1208 and any associated temporary access points have been agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Once agreed the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

7. Prior to the commencement of drilling operations or well stimulation on site, the name, make, model and technical noise specification for the drilling rig shall be submitted for approval to the local planning authority.

16. No stage of the development hereby permitted shall commence until a Construction

Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.

18. No development shall take place until a Species Protection Plan (SPP) has been

submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.

19. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with a Biodiversity Net Gain and Management Plan which has first been submitted to and

approved in writing by the local planning authority.

20. Prior to the start of production, a report providing evidence of compliance with the Biodiversity Net Gain and Management Plan approved pursuant to condition 19 above shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.

22. The use hereby permitted shall be for a limited period being the period of 15 years from the date of the commencement of production.
