and Wales, a non-representative interest in that company. The shares were purchased in June 2023 for £118,012 and

disposed on in July 2023 for £118,725. The share were purchased as a short term investment.

I doubt there are any UJO shareholders who would want Bramhill to be an operator for any of our assets!

I'm not concerned at all - my point is that it appears the annual return was in the public domain (for £2) almost 2 weeks before it was RNS'ed (it's possible 01.10 is the day it was submitted, not necessarily available to view)

I'm no longer a shareholder but this may be of interest to others in the future. BCE is registered in the Isle of Man, curiously, the 'annual return' was posted on the 1st October - long before the 14.10.24 RNS

Obviously entitled to his opinions but he misses the point. We all know about the EPL, planning issues etc, what he doesn't accept is that Bramhill is key to confidence/sentiment. Bramhill has repeatedly issued statements within RNSs that have proved to be...let's say, lacking in substance. The latest examples are the "major success" and the 3 drills in Q4 despite Reach saying 2 drills (he has recently back-tracked on that claim). Perhaps we all need rose-tinted-glasses for Christmas...

It's curious that we haven't been given any guidance as to what uplift to expect from Kedd. Production has been very volatile - 4 bpd to 27 bpd - during the last year (excluding zero months). To make it worthwhile I would guess they need at least 50 bpd post upgrades

Taylor & Mocassin being drilled back-to-back - 2 commercial wells would be fantastic but realistically I think we will be lucky to have one. Andrews wells have turned into dribblers...despite Bramhill's claim that "nearby wells typically produce 150 bpd"
