Surely you cant be happy with the performance of UJO ? sp drops month after month, time-lines are missed month after month, Bramhill ramps, spins and lies month after month, and you idiots are happy?

It's 14 months since Keddington was shut-in for upgrades yet shareholders voted to keep him? our next chance is in 3 years in which time Bramhill will earn £1m and shareholders will see their investments dwindle...we had a chance to get rid of UJO's biggest liability but too many shareholders we scared to rock the boat or seemed to think he's doing a good job!

I have checked the AGM RNS's for the last 5 years - every one included the voting results for each resolution

Last month LNe submitted a detailed response to various post-deadline submissions. the summary expressed acute frustration at the delay and constant flow of late submissions. the latest submission (post dead-line) was submitted last week!

earlier this year UKOG trading was suspended, this was announced Friday 28/03 just before the 31/03 deadline for their Finals. Celadon's Finals are due by Monday 30th but imo the funding issue indicates that the Finals will be delayed due to going concern issues so we may see an RNS tomorrow or Monday suspending trading...this is just my opinion, hopefully I'm wrong

The Directors of UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announce that due to additional time being required by its auditors, appointed earlier this year, its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 ("ARA") will not be published by 31 March 2025, being the deadline for publication under Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies. Trading will, therefore, be temporarily suspended from 7:30 am on 1st April 2025 until such time as the ARA is published, which will be as soon as possible.

...the big one for me is revenue versus the "alleged" £40.9m order book, frankly I think it's a load of corporate bullcrap. I would be surprised if we see the accounts this month, best guess is they will announce a delay due to going-concern issues, hopefully I'm wrong
