One thing is for sure.

Back in May they agreed to have the power to release 20% more shares with the same conditions as now. That amount was just over 7 million

Now due to the private placing where directors bought loads the amount of share doesn't add up to 20%

So they have Called kled a EGM to up that amount so they can once again issue 20 % more shares as they desire.

Now we know they are very careful not to dilute too much and when they do the price per share is always market value...

So why the big deal to have a EGM to get this 20% share option back...? Why not leave it ntil next AGM...? In fact why be bothered to have a EGM just to raise the actual share amount by 800, 000?

Unless they have a deal on the table for 20 percent of the company?

Well anything is possible

Obviously a partner with a big pharma is preferable

But financing could be a large II who wants in... Ie give me 20% of the shares for millions in cash.

Either way if someone bought that amount in one go it would mean confidence in the company hence the SP would tise

Having said that I expect come the 25th EGM w will have out 20% of shares to give out but in no expectation any news on Friday.

I do expect partner news sometime before end of H2

I reckon they will secure the shares and anytime between next week and Xmas the partner news will land.

I don't expect an announcement on Friday but we have been told by Markku that they are in discussions and H2 it will be realeased

I find it interesting that they want to increase the amount of shares but its the same percentage (20 %)

So for some reason they like to have the ability to issue exactly 20% when they like...

We know they have been in partner discussions since year start so as they were not concluded in H1 they did issue more shares... Bought by the BOD ect... Now we are in H2 they need to reset this figure

Point is its just a a few more shares to get back to 20 %

If they were not for someone then why bother have a EGM... Just wait until next AGM in 6 months!

Even the last big sell for 25000 shares was actually a buy at 135

No one sold at 135 today!
