Being realistic about investments is a good thing. Faron is a long road to journey and expecting results from what the top of the company claims is reasonable, like the heavy hints that a partner will pay for phase 3 rather than a constant dilution and share price drop is something that should be pointed out.

At the end of the day, Faron BOD still gets paid, they still get bonuses despite not a penny being made by the company.

Let's see a deal done 'soon' because if we dont , in 3 months, end of Q1, the last traunch, another 10million will be cashed in on and it will be the most expensive can kicking exercise we are all paying for!

Its still an expensive loan arrangmet for faron.

10 million bonds at 92.5% of face value. They only receive 9.25€ million in cash but still has to pay back the full 10 million worth of debt or shares. Thats a 750.000€ discount!

Plus it has a 7.5% annual interest rate.

And on top of this the price of the first traunch of 15€ million is matched to this 10 million.
