You are a bit lonely here I see. Still rest assured I get you. This is a smart investment and a stupid price. Price of stainless steel will lift steeply in next two years and beyond as battery manufacture goes bananas. I am aligning my share holdings to face into the on coming EV storm. And this is one I have stalked for 10 years. Didn't think it would survive the savage down turn but here we are still due entirely to the major shareholders. Any ideas when finance is to be arranged. Shouldn't be difficul at start of next year. Start up costs shouldn't be bad with shallow depth and no blasting. Don't think many will get that. GL

toe nails here. This is about as bleak as a mining investment can get. There is only one thing that can have a meaningful positive effect on this company between here and oblivion within a matter of weeks/months !! What is that I hear you think. That will be a super rich samples pulled on one of their drilling campaigns. Lets say 30m at 30% Zn and within 50m of surface. Last one in progress now and no news so not much hope there then. Massive dilution as Aussie finance have supplied money ....... Next dilution (it will come to that if it doesn't just go into liquidation) will wipe out PIs if they are unfortunate to still be here. That's on top of last one and the consolidation. PIs ....... give your money to charity.

I don't think so !! More like MMs playing upsey downsey to get shot of stock if possible ...... and it works Check it they will drop price after hours before they go home only to raise it again tomorrow morning to get more buying on the rise ...... works every time !! AIMHO DYOR

Check the Co Comms ...... I believe they say in one of them they are looking over the dumps of a large Mining complex now shut down. I don't have much hope this will rise from the dust. But I have a small amount of cash in here which I will leave just in case. Not an investment decision. If I sell then bet my bottom dollar they will present the market with a juicy deal Or ..... they warned us they may not get a deal and would have to de list ....... guess what its happening. This last RNS says they have quite a lot of debt and climbing at 6% which will all need repaying and it will probably come close to cancel out any cash balance there may be from our remaining holding in ZnO. Guess what ? ............ DYOR and have a good laugh at my lousy investment decisions.

......... very expensive thing to do. I suspect a load of wet chemistry leaching processes are going to lead the way forward in a low cost environment. So it will prove difficult to bring our technology to bear. Also I have a sense that our BOD have been exhausted with the effort to try to make ZnO work and are just not vigorous enough. It is dead money and technologies are moving on I suspect. Every dog has its day and its not ours today or even tomorrow ......... I actually suspect we have had our day. No doubt that debt includes payment into pension funds for Managers and BOD. Shareholders will get cleaned out. Zinc price riding high just now so ........

for days we are getting buys from MM ahead of sells to MMs The meaning is beyond me but I will buy when and where I can. They signalled a couple of months ago they are snaffling around South America and in particular Peru and they are interested in multi mineral spoil dumps .......... which is good. Doesn't close our interest in Zn but I do think this separates us from Vietnam. My reading on South East Asia is leaving me with a sense that it isn't easy to strike deals in Asia these days so ..... Peru is good and they have lots of mining waste to keep us going for decades. ....and yes MMs are sneaking it down but who knows why ??

We don't have any ore to go and mine yet and the current drilling program is unimaginative and just based on what the old miners were doing before bankruptcy set in. Maybe they should just do what KGI did and turn the drill at right angles to current drill direction !!!! ????

The point is to increase the depth of water under the boat. So MMs will continue to walk this down ........ probably to 6p no mater what the buying or selling.. What ever else happens we need a very good grade pulled on the drilling to get us to the next fund raising and dilution. .........

Zinc price roaring ahead. Giving 90% ZnO to Korean Zinc in settlement for the debt might look like a mistake one day soon. Not a simple judgement but Zn price definitely on the up. Oh well good luck to them Lets get our next project going and have some fun

sample pulling here 60m at 40% Zn will do ?? Bit dreary here and Zn story looking good last week but getting thin now

Buying .......... With the odd million or two or three ............. I hope someone with a bit of savvy is getting on board ......... Might mean one of the drills has hit a decent ore width and grade. But maybe just a naive plonker seen the Zn price above $1.00 a .lb so he thinks this is a play on Zn price Door money bags

The corporate action is about keeping people (Managers and BODs) on a salary. They are putting your asset up for a loan which can be exchanged for your property. Then they can go on paying themselves out of money borrowed against your property. If they perform as they have in the past them the outcome is certain IMHO. No scheduling has been met so far and the ore established for mining is about 1 1/2 years mining so very little ore reserve has been established against the expenditure of your money. Oh and they havnt even achieved the right to mine yet so they arnt very good at dealing with the local administration. When small outfits like North River get involved in convertible loan notes you know the end is in site. The lender is after the ground ....... not cos he wants to mine it but intends trading it. To do that he must own nearly all of it so the small PIs get diluted out of it. on the conversions. Then he can sell it as an asset and make his money. Management state the finance provider wont lend on any other basis. The price of zinc is presently rising but stock are also rising as they do over the summer as the frozen mines in Canada and Russia start moving their stocks south and swell the LME stock holdings. This grim dance will continue and the more it unwinds the more little diggings in Canada Russia and China will start up to meet the firma Zn prices. With slowing world trade and China focusing more on service industries the modest lift in Zn price is likely to be short term ......... so that's bad news when North River looks for finance against a 3 year ore reserve. Any small expo projects Aussies are financing using convertible loan notes I steer well clear of. There are a few of them around. Hope this interests you
