I have notice the sp often drops following a decent rise with IMHO associated sellls. I guess with a few weeks until the big news release those with the skills may well want to trade their way up to that date and also rebalance their portfoilio. But generally we are into higher highs and higher lows ........ so thats OK. At 4p I jacked up to now my biggest holding ......... not that I anything to declare of course 3% doesn't beckon. But I'me luvin it !! Big profit here for me already. There I go stomach churnin bragging

Since the BOD have moved so much out of the reach of Illumina it must suggest they were'nt 100% sure of the possible out come. But then no one can be that sure of judgements on Patents and especially in our field of endeavour.so I could just have been expedience for which we will get our rewards in due course. My goodness this whole thing is a long an windy road. I cant help but think it would be such a nice christmas pressy if it came out in our favour........... maybe no leave to appeal.? fat chance.

Where we are is well documented and now with deposition of mine plan we are knocking on door for Mining Permit after FS is out early next year then as another poster here staes if Ni price is perky above 12,000 then we should see fireworks. Personally I want to see us remain independent and mine to our own account. Anyway what I dont see recognised here as much as I think it should be is the quality of the Management. Possibly the best I have been aware of. There are lots of mines to invest in but picking those best managed is a good strategy. IMHO as a way of sorting the wheat from chaff. Hence I am heavily loaded here and happy that it will in next 2 years put on a good show. I think 8p middle next year any ways. IMHO DYOR

Its not a good comment on the court proceedings around a Patent infringement issue that we actually havnt a clue what the outcome will be. But if we are right to suppose Illumina are not acting entirely in good faith then if the ruling is in our favour at least partially then; because this Co has been very methodical in fashioning itself into what I consider to be a quality trader in a highly desireable and relevant part of the Medical Market; I think we will be a must have for many a Fund at ssome point soon. Some have posted about new products here.......... if these are to rolled out then it will certainly be grist to our mill and very supportive of an advancing sp. Personally I have missed any info on new products but always believed they must be at least in the wings. TF must surely be pleased with their involvement here. Theres another push. Even pointing to a T/O maybe even next year or 2019.. They have all those loans (Convertible eventually no doubt) to use to bounce in on eventually if you are an optimist like any VIY investor.

So 25 years ago Shell started to transform itself into a gas Co rather than an oil Company. They still do oil but their gas sales and assets far exceeds their oil. I think they are now taking it one step further and continuing the story into H2. At a stroke they can bulk up their carbon gas with 20% H2 and the carbon gas then becomes a whole lot greener. It was already much greeener than oil. So the direction f travel was established ....... now to go big on H2 for Shell I believe to be inevitable. They have the petrol stations now to fit them out with nozzles tanks turbines and fuel cell stacks.. No tanker deliveries !! 180M is chicken feed for Shell. They probably have a deminus of �50k

Rapid Dave Thx 4 your efforts to produce a very decent research note. I used to mine Ni back in the days it was �4000 ton Can you believe ?? So �12000 isnt that good now. Personally I am expecting well north of �15000 but thats a figure for each to settle on. One thing for sure, the rush to electric and the abandonment of oil is a mixed thing for Ni but on balance IMHO it vastly favours Ni. Oil industry (now facing being brutally chocked off ) uses a lot of Ni for their refineries as does the Chemical Industry now facing some change but likely still to be very busy. But the demand for batteries and H2 Fuel Cells will vastly exceed these losses IMHO For new investors, accepting Ni as a metal to back, I sincerely believe the Management here to be outstanding and so would say this is an excellent Company to back with your hard earned cash. When I did my research about a year ago I was struck by the methodical, thorough and tidy way our CEO was putting the project together. I havnt seen better. I have had Horizonte on my radar for many years and the time is right now IMHO. I am known for putting the boot in if it aint nice but this is a good un. ...... GL all
