Someone posted the Lorry on O2 coming along the lorry Lanes out of the Calafornian ports. Everyone bashing Trumpity Trump on his pulling out of the Paris accord. Our ignorant press just couldnt get it. (No Science Editors) In fact the reason for exit was that the Paris accord is to prescriptive and will shackle development. By exit the Americans have a huge advantage of going where the Tech leads them and so will maximize profit and so incentivised will progress much faster. Paris wont survive 5 years let alone until 2040

Saw an old dealing note from years back 45p !! I sold thinking it batteries were a no brainer and you just couldnt get enough O2 on the back seat. Now I think batteries are a no hope product and H2 is way to go.. Also I feel some admiration for ITM power tenacity and independence. .......... I probably mean they are well Managed which for me is significant because in the past I have associated Engineering firms developing technologies with high caliber staff as unable to grasp the significance of finance. They seem only convinced about the product and cant see the constraints the bankers can see. Dont know how that sounds but it is supposed to be positive for ITM I am in quite big for me and showing a decent profit for now

Tanzania is loosing not only from lost Acacia business but also on deals with future Companies as Tanzanian reputation will suffer badly and worse the longer things go on unresolved. There must be some one in the Govt with influence who gets it.

........ will take note of the standard of Civil over site of the Mining Industry and will only sign up to a deal which is hugely beneficial to them with monstrous margins ....... just in case the Tanzanian Govt throw another wobbly and do it to them ........ so they will make sure they are well covered. Plenty of examples there No one is suggesting things weren't wrong. If that is the case then a calm respectfull and professional approach would have got the Govt a good deal. Instead we all have an ugly fight with pride as a price. There is no end to that.

When any share crashes it is relatively simple to form an opinion as to the likelihood it will recover. In simple terms if it is something a half decent Manager can fix then it will recover ...... just consideration of costs and time are to be applied to the capital value of the enterprise. If it cant be fixed ie legacy technology or redundant life style never to return then take the hit and move on. In this case we have silly claims to billions which are only vexatious and irrational. IMHO it is indicative of personality clash.. It may also suggest an underlying problem to do with Personnel who are not Familiar with Industrial Culture or who may even feel a level of personal cultural antagonism towards Industrial culture but are covetous of the wealth it creats but still intellectually unable to make the connection. If the Minister is embroiled in such a situation either by choice or otherwise if he cant disconnect and establish the conditions needed for Inustry to flourish then it will cost all concerned now and many others in the future. It s all down to charging ....... length of time you need to plug in ....... too long !! and where do you find a charging point you can use ?? It wont be a charging station as in petrol station so it has to be at home. If you have a garage facility then fine just plug into the wall. Problem is most people live in flats or dont have a garage and/or just park on the road. As a guess probably less than 20% of car owners park in a garage and so will find battery powered cars convenient. IMHO we will go on going to the petrol station to fill up ..... with H2 Infra structure and investment all in place as is process. ....... no cost (retooling done as dispensing units need replacing) An old idea was to use a system like calor gas bottles ie drive in to battery swap stations (3 mins) Problem there is the huge cost of treble battery holdings and the cost of ware housing and electric access/distribution and production. All just too expensive. The van guard will be fleet operators on H2 H2 production will be based on renewables of all sorts solar, wind, waste degredation, tidal, wave and ocean turbines , and the balance out of splitting methane and other parafins. Again this positions major oilies just right. I am seeing h2 as a no brainer ..... Elon may just be relegated to the high end or expensive limo end of market for a while. He is getting thru his millions. He is just to impetuous. AIMHO no offence intended

That 18 GW (extra) wont have to come out of the wall socket. There will be the gas boilers producing electricity and storing it in batteries. The h2 cars will be getting their H2 from the petrol station and not from the wall socket.. The present scandal of course is that a big portion of renewables are off line for many hours. This will be converted to H2 and sold out of petrol stations. That is a very large amount of H2 and transforms the economics of wind energy. The Petroleum Cos will also be using their gas supplies to produce H2. I dont think the grid and supply from power stations will be an issue. We can install plenty of wind turbines. No Probs. The Govt just need to get some scientists on the pay roll to understand what is going on

It means we are dealing with Govt institutions populated with people who think it is ok to lodge claims for hundreds of BILLONS $. Commercial culture can only function under conditions of integrity and numeracy. wrt de facto Legal and Accounting regimes . We find ourselves in a serious cultural disconnect. Even if we are permitted to start producing again ...... do we want to as we will be continuing in this disconnect which presents unacceptable risks. No doubt Brit Govt dishing out billions in aid and are we buying flowers and veg and other stuff.?? Dont expect this to work out . IMHO it is looking like Zimbabwe and Venezuela. Oh they hire for the Safety Dept and then say in the Quarterly update they have hired persons with relevant credentials. !! I ask you what else ??. Only an inexperienced person would feel the need to confirm such a detail.

Check out the BOD ..........IMHO stuffed to the gunnals with posers and wannabees. Even the constructed CVs are light. IMHO it is an Aussie holiday camp where they send Friends and Family away for a nice jolly up to the old country to see how quaint and tight things are up there. Are they skilled ?/ Obviously not since they have to spend money on loads of specialists and experts to give credibility to their Management Leadership Team. Oh arnt they enlightened and downright clever to realize the Leadership and Management need to be on site ........ eventually after throwing shareholders money away. IMHO I always thought Aussies had more savvy than this. A total waste. Don't think it will get better any time soon. When a Mine makes such a bad start it NEVER recovers. This is not intended to be a profitable enterprise. No evidence of a hard arsed hairy back mine manager who knows his stuff and will show an example of savvy leadership with profit as the objective. IMHO Instead we have dozens of mealie mouthed posers talking about turnaround plans and hiring in experts to tell them what they should be doing whilst they pay themselves gross amounts of money as they no doubt congratulate themselves on their blagging. IMHO Classic example IMHO of people without relevant or even any skills and knowledge and experience thinking Management means you don't need to know anything cos you can just spend shareholders money to hire people who say they know to tell you what you should be doing and what you are paid to know and pay themselves huge salaries as they go. Obviously it begs the question how do they know who to hire. So you have the terminal spiral of ignorance. SHAME !!

ev are clearly the rage and folks can relate to them and see them as part of their future. But the real news is the amount of off line time the wind turbines and the photovoltaic cells are having to suffer to their bottom line. We can now arrange for them to turn all night and load the grid with unwanted energy (everyone is asleep) and as the world turns quietly by we will convert all this unwanted energy to Hydrogen and store it so it can be used during the day. We have already had one energy revolution (ongoing) as everyone tools up to LED lighting. That's a couple of power stations we wont need ........ Traitor BBC missed that one too. !!

Really hacked me off this morning and last night Banging on about not enough electricity to cope with the ev cars due on the roads. Just a bunch of jolly hocky sticks luvvies and '' Beardy media Guardian carrying darlings ''' .. Need a good seeing to I say ...... up the bumm with rod and gun. Why dont tthey get some scientists on their Staff and try to make some sense.. Then they would know there is a vast amount of renewable off line capacity to use direct to storage when we get the capacity. I was really shouty with the radio this morning. Going on line to poke them in the eye later.

( I am thinking auto mftrs use IP and make their own maybe ) Got some dough coming and will make a section of my Portfolio to cover this unstoppable green wave. It will balance my Green Mining portfolio ( Cu Pt and Li etc ) ( I know green and mining are contradictory and shouldnt be seen out together ) Its one of those wachamacallits.

I am researching this seriously now as I would like to increase my holding substantially. I need to get savvy with 1) Electrolyser I believe ITM power manufacture these units and I guess have quite a lot of IP here 2) Fuel Cell stack. Does ITM Power manufacture these units or indeed have patents over these components Linde Ag look strong and have the strong financial support of the German Govt and EU, How much of a threat are they and what are their weakness.
