I’d say Completion of the new sunup factory (eta May) will be the real game changer.
They wouldn’t build another factory if they didn’t need to or expect higher sales volume :)

Modern Water plc (AIM: MWG) is pleased to announce that it secured the sale of its largest by volume All-Membrane Brine Concentrator technology ("AMBC"), to be used in South Korea's first deep seawater salt production project. The plant will have capacity for treating approximately 13m3/h, concentrating sea water sourced from a depth of up to 600m. Salt production from seawater offers environmental benefits compared to land-based salt mining, which can result in environmental problems due to the waste it generates and the health hazards posed to salt miners.

The AMBC project will be executed by Modern Water, owner of leading technologies for water and wastewater treatment, in conjunction with its partner in China, Hangzhou Shangtuo Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd ("Sunup").

Shame If they didn’t do that £300k placing last week they would have converted at closer to 0.2p so ~400m shares Issued instead of 1.1b and then with the CLN cleared They could have raised that £300k at closer to 0.2p or even higher. And shareholders would have seen the minimum dilution.

looks like that £300k placing wast to help both whoever had a big open position on insp, give them the maximum conversion and help volume to sell in to.

FYI If you pay for trustpilot You can delete any review. Have a few developer friends that use it on systems they developed. All it takes is about A dozen trades and it will be back at 1.8p. It’s still 1.495 / 1.5 to buy a worth while chunk, so nothing’s really changed.

Well then I can only thank them for helping me buy, the books have to be settled eventually, they can only make so much from the spreads, If the news is as we expect it can only help fuel the rise.
